【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理中,逐步引入了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理技術(shù),強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的主動(dòng)控制,以預(yù)防和控制項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中遭遇的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和干擾因素,從而減少損失。因此,在項(xiàng)目管理中建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略和規(guī)劃,并在項(xiàng)目的生命周期中不斷控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是非常重要和必須的。 本文首先從當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),介紹了寶鋼改造項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理概況,進(jìn)而指出了本文研究的內(nèi)容、意義及方法。接著,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的含義、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和衡量、鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等角度,回顧了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論及方法,闡明了鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究的重要性和必要性。然后,針對(duì)寶鋼火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目,結(jié)合其背景、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施與過程,對(duì)其改造過程中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的過程與方法進(jìn)行了分析,在對(duì)整體和特定領(lǐng)域風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)提煉出了該項(xiàng)目改造過程中的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素并進(jìn)行了分類。最后,通過對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的考量,并結(jié)合寶鋼的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的改造進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策,制定了該項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理計(jì)劃,通過做好前期工作,以及在過程中采取積極的防范措施,有效規(guī)避各類技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文還建立了一種有效的項(xiàng)目改造風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策模型,進(jìn)而提出了項(xiàng)目改造風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范基本措施。 本文對(duì)寶鋼火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目所進(jìn)行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度量、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范等不僅適用于寶鋼的項(xiàng)目改造,而且對(duì)同類型的企業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,可推廣應(yīng)用到其他鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項(xiàng)目中去。
[Abstract]:In modern project management, risk management technology has been introduced step by step, emphasizing active control of project objectives to prevent and control the risk and interference encountered in the process of project implementation, thereby reducing losses. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to establish the risk management strategy and plan in the project management, and to constantly control the risk in the project life cycle. Based on the present situation of project risk management at home and abroad, this paper introduces the general situation of risk management in Baosteel transformation project, and then points out the content, significance and method of this study. Then, from the point of view of the meaning of risk and risk management, the identification and measurement of project risk, and the risk management of transformation project of iron and steel enterprises, the relevant theories and methods of project risk management are reviewed. This paper expounds the importance and necessity of research on the risk of transformation projects in iron and steel enterprises. Then, according to the reconstruction project of Baosteel fire alarm system, combined with its background, project implementation and process, the process and method of risk identification in the transformation process are analyzed, and on the basis of risk identification in the whole and specific field, The paper summarizes and classifies all kinds of risk factors in the transformation process of the project. Finally, through the consideration of various risk factors and combined with the actual situation of Baosteel, the risk decision is made for the transformation of the project, and the risk management plan of the project is formulated. And in the process of taking active preventive measures to effectively avoid all kinds of technical risks. On this basis, this paper also established an effective project transformation risk decision-making model, and then put forward the basic measures of project transformation risk prevention. In this paper, the risk analysis, risk measurement, risk decision and risk prevention are not only suitable for the transformation of Baosteel fire alarm system, but also have certain guiding significance for the same type of enterprises. It can be popularized and applied to other iron and steel enterprise reconstruction projects.
