【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷深入發(fā)展,國際勞工標(biāo)準越來越受到各個國家和國際組織的重視。我國作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,在國際舞臺上扮演著越來越重要的角色。在參與國際事務(wù)的過程中,我國必須要重視國際勞工標(biāo)準,認清本國的實際情況,正視本國國內(nèi)的勞工標(biāo)準,并認識到與發(fā)達國際的差距。逐步提高國內(nèi)勞工標(biāo)準,改善勞動者的工作環(huán)境和工作條件。發(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家關(guān)于勞工標(biāo)準是否應(yīng)該與國際貿(mào)易掛鉤,雙方的爭論從未停止,且有愈演愈烈之勢。爭論雙方從自身利益出發(fā),堅持自己的立場,互不妥協(xié)。但是從未來發(fā)展趨勢來看,勞工標(biāo)準與國際貿(mào)易掛鉤已是大勢所趨。發(fā)展中國家要正視自身存在的問題,不斷與發(fā)達國家學(xué)習(xí)交流,跟緊時代發(fā)展的步伐。為得到“雙贏”的結(jié)果,雙方的最佳選擇就是互幫互助,互相交流,攜手并進。對此,我國也應(yīng)該不斷反思本國勞工標(biāo)準,借鑒國際上的先進經(jīng)驗,努力提高本國勞工標(biāo)準。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, international labor standards are paid more and more attention by countries and international organizations. As the largest developing country in the world, China plays an increasingly important role on the international stage. In the process of participating in international affairs, our country must pay attention to the international labor standards, recognize the actual situation of our country, face up to the domestic labor standards and recognize the gap between China and the developed countries. Gradually raise domestic labor standards and improve the working environment and working conditions of workers. The dispute between developed and developing countries on whether labor standards should be linked to international trade has never stopped and has a growing tendency. The two sides of the dispute proceed from their own interests, adhere to their own position, and do not compromise. But looking from the future development trend, the labor standard and the international trade link already is the general trend. Developing countries should face up to their own problems, study and exchange with developed countries and keep pace with the development of the times. In order to achieve a win-win outcome, the best choice is to help each other, communicate with each other, hand in hand. Therefore, our country should constantly reflect on our labor standards, draw lessons from international advanced experience, and strive to improve our labor standards.
