【摘要】:制動(dòng)盤(pán)是列車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部件,其服役可靠性取決于制動(dòng)盤(pán)的材料、結(jié)構(gòu)、成型質(zhì)量及服役條件。本文基于數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),針對(duì)選定的材料和服役條件,探討了動(dòng)車組制動(dòng)盤(pán)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征與設(shè)計(jì)要素對(duì)制動(dòng)過(guò)程的熱應(yīng)力、鍛造成形工藝性的影響,基于有限元模擬結(jié)果,完成了鍛鋼制動(dòng)盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)及其成形工藝協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:(1) 基于ANSYS瞬態(tài)熱應(yīng)力分析技術(shù)和QForm鍛造成形模擬技術(shù),對(duì)我國(guó)動(dòng)車組鍛鋼制動(dòng)盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入的解讀,闡明了制動(dòng)盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要素,包括摩擦環(huán)厚度、散熱筋形狀及分布、螺栓孔數(shù)量、裝配方式、整體結(jié)構(gòu)及盤(pán)轂之間的連接方法等對(duì)其制動(dòng)熱應(yīng)力和鍛造成形工藝性的影響。(2)針對(duì)ZDPH材料,結(jié)合動(dòng)車組制動(dòng)盤(pán)的實(shí)際服役工況,完成了鍛鋼制動(dòng)盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),該結(jié)構(gòu)在滿足制動(dòng)過(guò)程熱容量要求的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)具有防止制動(dòng)盤(pán)發(fā)生翹曲變形的結(jié)構(gòu)和良好的通風(fēng)散熱性能。(3)針對(duì)鍛鋼制動(dòng)盤(pán)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),參照鍛造工藝手冊(cè)及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成了制動(dòng)盤(pán)的模鍛件設(shè)計(jì)及模型鍛造的模具設(shè)計(jì)。(4)基于QForm鍛造成形模擬技術(shù)開(kāi)展鍛鋼制動(dòng)盤(pán)的鍛造成形仿真,確定了壓力機(jī)型號(hào)、坯料尺寸、工藝參數(shù)等信息。研究表明,制動(dòng)盤(pán)模鍛最佳始鍛溫度為1230℃-1250℃;在上下模具預(yù)熱溫度為200℃,鍛造設(shè)備最小噸位為8000t(J53-8000型),對(duì)應(yīng)的環(huán)狀坯料尺寸為(?)520mm-(?)316mm×70mm;或選用噸位為10000t的鍛造設(shè)備(J53-10000型)、且對(duì)應(yīng)的環(huán)狀坯料尺寸滿足(?)580mmD外 徑(?)600mm,0306mmd內(nèi)徑(?)312mm,45mmh50mm時(shí),均可獲得成形質(zhì)量良好的制動(dòng)盤(pán)盤(pán)坯。本文取得的研究成果具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),對(duì)我國(guó)動(dòng)車組制動(dòng)盤(pán)自主研發(fā)的進(jìn)程具有一定推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Brake disc is an important component of train braking system. Its service reliability depends on the material, structure, forming quality and service conditions of brake disc. Based on the numerical simulation technology, this paper discusses the influence of the structural characteristics and design elements of the brake disc on the thermal stress and forging forming process of the EMU brake disc according to the selected materials and service conditions, based on the results of finite element simulation. The structure of forging steel brake disc and its forming process are designed in cooperation. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) based on ANSYS transient thermal stress analysis technology and QForm forging simulation technology, the structural design of forged steel brake disc of EMU in China is deeply interpreted, and the design elements of brake disc structure are expounded. Including the thickness of friction ring, the shape and distribution of heat dissipation bars, the number of bolt holes, the assembly mode, the overall structure and the connecting method between the hub and other factors affecting the braking thermal stress and forging forming process of the friction ring, etc., for the ZDPH material, Combined with the actual service condition of the brake disc of the EMU, the structural design of the forged steel brake disc is completed. The structure meets the requirements of the heat capacity of the braking process. At the same time, it has the structure of preventing the warping deformation of the brake disc and good ventilation and heat dissipation performance. It aims at the structural characteristics of the forged steel brake disc. According to the forging technology manual and related standards, the die forging design of brake disc and die design of model forging have been completed. Based on QForm forging simulation technology, forging simulation of forging steel brake disc has been carried out, and the type of press and blank size have been determined.
