【摘要】：現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)在計(jì)算中國制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲所導(dǎo)致的TFP損失時(shí),均沒有剔除外部因素的擾動(dòng),從而高估了該損失。文章在Hsieh和Klenow(2009)理論模型的基礎(chǔ)上,重新定義勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲導(dǎo)致的TFP損失,在剔除外部因素?cái)_動(dòng)后,估算出勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲導(dǎo)致的TFP損失從1998年的9.00%逐漸減少到2007年的7.39%。而現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)也缺少在企業(yè)異質(zhì)性模型下對(duì)TFP損失進(jìn)行分解,文章將企業(yè)按特征進(jìn)行分組,建立了分組之后TFP損失分解的理論。TFP損失的分解有利于分析TFP損失的構(gòu)成,為制定相關(guān)政策提供參考,該理論不僅適用于制造業(yè)還適用于農(nóng)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)等,具有很強(qiáng)的適用性。文章最后以所有權(quán)分組為例分析了我國制造業(yè)1998-2007年勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲TFP損失的構(gòu)成。研究表明:(1)每個(gè)行業(yè)的勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲導(dǎo)致的TFP損失是該行業(yè)的勞動(dòng)力份額、產(chǎn)品替代彈性和勞動(dòng)力成本產(chǎn)出比對(duì)數(shù)方差的增函數(shù);(2)行業(yè)內(nèi)各組之間不存在勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲的條件為行業(yè)內(nèi)各組企業(yè)的勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲程度均值相等;(3)企業(yè)按所有權(quán)分組后,我國1998-2007年由勞動(dòng)力配置扭曲導(dǎo)致的制造業(yè)TFP損失主要來自于組內(nèi),并且該損失在此時(shí)間段已經(jīng)由國有企業(yè)和集體企業(yè)為主體變成了以其他企業(yè)為主體。
[Abstract]:In calculating the TFP loss caused by the distortion of labor allocation in Chinese manufacturing industry, the existing literature does not exclude the disturbance of external factors, thus overestimating the loss. Based on the theoretical model of Hsieh and Klenowan 2009), this paper redefines the TFP loss caused by the distortion of labor force allocation. After excluding the disturbance of external factors, it is estimated that the TFP loss caused by the distortion of labor force allocation gradually decreased from 9.00% in 1998 to 7.39% in 2007. But the existing literature also lacks to decompose the TFP loss under the enterprise heterogeneity model. In this paper, the enterprises are grouped according to their characteristics, and the theory of TFP loss decomposition after the grouping is established. The decomposition of the TFP loss is beneficial to the analysis of the composition of the TFP loss. The theory is applicable not only to manufacturing, but also to agriculture and service industry. Finally, taking the ownership grouping as an example, this paper analyzes the composition of the distorted TFP loss in China's manufacturing industry from 1998 to 2007. The study shows that the TFP loss caused by the distortion of labor allocation in every industry is the share of the labor force in that industry. The condition that there is no labor allocation distortion among the groups in the industry is that the mean value of the labor allocation distortion of each group of enterprises in the industry is equal / 3) after the enterprises are grouped according to ownership, The TFP loss of manufacturing industry caused by the distortion of labor allocation in China from 1998 to 2007 mainly comes from within the group, and the loss has been changed from state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises to other enterprises in this period.
