基于BP算法的模糊Petri網(wǎng)HSE績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法

【摘要】:為得到更加客觀、有效的健康、安全和環(huán)境(HSE)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,增強(qiáng)安全管理效果,建立基于BP算法的模糊Petri網(wǎng)(FPN)HSE績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型。首先結(jié)合HSE體系要素層次結(jié)構(gòu),建立HSE績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)FPN模型;然后利用BP誤差反傳計(jì)算一階梯度的特性對(duì)FPN推理過程中的變遷置信度和初始庫(kù)所可信度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),避免輸入?yún)?shù)的主觀性;其次輸入相關(guān)參數(shù),經(jīng)過模糊推理,得到評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果;最后以中石油某子公司為例,驗(yàn)證模型的有效性。結(jié)果表明:BPFPN模型適用于石油企業(yè)的HSE績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),可以為HSE管理提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain more objective, effective results of health, safety and environment HSE performance evaluation and enhance safety management effect, a fuzzy Petri net performance evaluation model based on BP algorithm was established. Firstly, the FPN model of HSE performance evaluation is established based on the hierarchical structure of HSE system elements, and then the confidence degree of transition and the credibility of the initial database are adjusted by using the characteristics of BP error backpropagation to calculate the first-order gradient in the process of FPN reasoning. The subjectivity of input parameters is avoided; secondly, the evaluation results are obtained by fuzzy inference by inputting relevant parameters. Finally, a subsidiary company of PetroChina is taken as an example to verify the validity of the model. The results show that the HSE model is suitable for HSE performance evaluation of petroleum enterprises and can provide decision support for HSE management.
