【摘要】：正劉旭鍇全國工程勘察設計大師,享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家,現(xiàn)任天津市市政工程設計研究院總工程師,為中國公路學會理事、中國土木工程學會理事。1989年,剛從上海同濟大學畢業(yè)獲得碩士學位的劉旭鍇,進入了天津市市政工程設計研究院(以下簡稱"天津市政院")工作,師從該院首位全國工程勘察設計大師黃大健,開啟了他的"橋梁人生"。當時的他也許不會想到,20多年后,自己會挑起技術帶頭人的重擔,憑借豐富、卓越的橋梁工程設計實踐和理論研究成果,摘得全國工程勘察設計大師的桂
[Abstract]:Zheng Liu Xukai National Engineering Survey and Design Master, expert with special subsidy from the State Council, is currently chief engineer of Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, director of China Highway Society and Director of China Civil Engineering Association. 1989, Liu Xukai, who has just graduated from Shanghai Tongji University with a master's degree, has joined the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute (hereafter referred to as "Tianjin Municipal Institute"), and has been taught by the institute's first national master of engineering survey and design, Huang Dajian.
