【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,電力企業(yè)將在全球化的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中面臨越來越多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前,我國(guó)電力改革不斷深化,使得電力企業(yè)與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)系越來越緊密。同時(shí)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,為電力企業(yè)發(fā)展提出更為嚴(yán)厲的要求。面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的電力形勢(shì),R熱電公司通過技術(shù)投入和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來挖掘企業(yè)內(nèi)部潛能和擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)需求,用以提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,來鞏固和發(fā)展市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位。技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新正在成為電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的原動(dòng)力。R熱電公司逐步形成以技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目強(qiáng)化企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為核心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)我們也清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)到技改項(xiàng)目投資也給企業(yè)帶來巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文專門對(duì)R熱電公司技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行研究。本文首先介紹選題的背景和意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述。其次,介紹了投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的主流方法,并對(duì)技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的方法進(jìn)行了選擇。第三,分析了R熱電公司技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的結(jié)構(gòu)因素。第四,基于層次分析法的運(yùn)用對(duì)各個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)論針對(duì)主要影響因素提出控制方法和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, electric power enterprises will face more and more risks in the global market competition. At present, our country electric power reform unceasingly deepens, causes the electric power enterprise and the market economy relations more and more closely. At the same time, the new economic environment for the development of electric power enterprises put forward more stringent requirements. In the face of the severe power situation, through technical input and technological innovation, the thermal power company exploits the internal potential of the enterprise and expands the market demand, in order to improve its competitiveness and consolidate and develop the competitive position of the market. Technological progress and technological innovation are becoming the driving force for the development of electric power enterprises. R Thermal Power Company has gradually formed a development strategy with the core of technological transformation projects to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, we also clearly recognize that the investment of technical innovation projects also brings huge risks to enterprises. This paper studies the investment risk of R thermal power company's technical transformation project. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic, as well as a review of domestic and foreign research. Secondly, the main methods of investment risk evaluation are introduced, and the methods of investment risk evaluation of technical transformation project are selected. Thirdly, the structural factors of investment risk of R thermal power company's technical transformation project are analyzed. Fourth, based on the application of analytic hierarchy process, quantitative calculation of each risk factor. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the control methods and countermeasures are proposed for the main influencing factors.
