【摘要】：通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),食品安全事件一直處于公眾輿論的風(fēng)口浪尖上。在我國(guó)食品安全事件出現(xiàn)了明顯的“扎堆”現(xiàn)象,上一波的影響尚未散盡,下一波的沖擊又接踵而至,食品安全事件的頻繁出現(xiàn),且得不到根治,逐漸消磨公眾對(duì)于政府監(jiān)管部門(mén)以及相關(guān)行業(yè)解決問(wèn)題的信心,容易導(dǎo)致公眾形成共時(shí)性的情緒傾向,一旦爆發(fā)后果不堪設(shè)想。目前關(guān)于食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化一直受到多方面學(xué)者的關(guān)注和重視,目前也取到一些成果,本文從媒體、網(wǎng)民、核心企業(yè)三個(gè)方面對(duì)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,旨在全面分析食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化路徑、動(dòng)力機(jī)制,探尋有效引導(dǎo)、控制食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的策略,本文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要分為以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化中媒體作用因素研究。通過(guò)“毒銀翹”事件分析了媒體報(bào)道對(duì)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化的影響,基于媒體報(bào)道的真實(shí)性與準(zhǔn)確性的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了主流媒體間演化博弈模型,通過(guò)媒體策略選擇的演化分析以及仿真分析,探討了媒體初始報(bào)道策略選擇概率以及媒體不實(shí)報(bào)道程度對(duì)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化的影響。(2)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化中網(wǎng)民作用因素研究。充分考慮到網(wǎng)民的活躍程度以及發(fā)帖的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量的差異性,對(duì)網(wǎng)民進(jìn)行分類,通過(guò)構(gòu)建不同類型網(wǎng)民間的演化博弈模型,分析了不同情景下網(wǎng)民的策略選擇的演化過(guò)程,重點(diǎn)討論了懲罰力度變化、不同策略選擇下的預(yù)期收益以及網(wǎng)民和意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖群體初始策略選擇人數(shù)對(duì)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化的影響。(3)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化中核心企業(yè)作用因素研究。從食品供應(yīng)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)入手,分析食品供應(yīng)鏈中的利益相關(guān)者以及核心企業(yè),以食品供應(yīng)鏈的核心企業(yè)為例,分析其在面對(duì)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情可能會(huì)對(duì)食品供應(yīng)鏈帶來(lái)毀滅性災(zāi)難的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí),是否會(huì)選擇主動(dòng)進(jìn)行食品質(zhì)量、安全信息的披露來(lái)緩解食品供應(yīng)鏈的信息不對(duì)稱,通過(guò)構(gòu)建核心企業(yè)間的演化博弈模型,探討了披露收益與披露成本變動(dòng)下的演化穩(wěn)定性以及披露收益高于披露成本、披露收益與披露成本關(guān)系不定、披露收益低于披露成本食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的演化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Through long-term network public opinion monitoring, food safety events have been in the forefront of public opinion. In our country, food safety incidents appear obvious "piling up" phenomenon, the impact of the previous wave has not been dispersed, the next wave of impact has followed, the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, and can not get a radical cure. Gradually eroding public confidence in government regulators and related industries to solve the problem, easy to cause the public to form a synchronic emotional tendency, once the outbreak of unimaginable consequences. At present, the evolution of public opinion on the food safety network has been concerned and valued by many scholars. At present, some achievements have been obtained. This article is based on the media and Internet users. This paper studies the influencing factors of the evolution of food safety network public opinion from three aspects of the core enterprise, aiming to analyze the evolution path, power mechanism, effective guidance and control strategy of food safety network public opinion, in order to comprehensively analyze the evolution path of food safety network public opinion, the power mechanism, and the strategy of controlling food safety network public opinion. This paper is mainly divided into the following aspects: 1) the role of media in the evolution of food safety network public opinion. Based on the analysis of the influence of media reports on the evolution of food safety network public opinion, a game model of evolution between mainstream media is constructed based on the authenticity and accuracy of media reports. Through the evolution analysis and simulation analysis of media strategy selection, This paper discusses the influence of media initial report strategy selection probability and the degree of media false report on the evolution of food safety network public opinion. 2) the Internet users' role factors in the food safety network public opinion evolution. Considering the active degree of the netizens and the difference of the quantity and quality of the posts, the paper classifies the netizens, and analyzes the evolution process of the strategy choice of the netizens under different situations by constructing the evolutionary game model of different types of net users. Emphasis is placed on the change in the severity of punishment, The influence of the number of Internet users and opinion leaders on the evolution of food safety network public opinion. 3) the role of core enterprises in the evolution of food safety network public opinion. Starting with the structure of the food supply chain, this paper analyzes the stakeholders and the core enterprises in the food supply chain, taking the core enterprise of the food supply chain as an example. In the face of the risk that food safety network public opinion may bring devastating disaster to food supply chain, it will choose to actively disclose food quality and safety information in order to alleviate the information asymmetry in food supply chain. By constructing the evolutionary game model among the core enterprises, this paper discusses the evolution stability of disclosure income and disclosure cost, and the relationship between disclosure income and disclosure cost is uncertain, and the disclosure income is higher than the disclosure cost. Disclosure income is lower than disclosure cost food safety network public opinion evolution law.
