【摘要】：本文使用1998-2007年中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù),研究地方保護(hù)與制造業(yè)企業(yè)加成率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,地方保護(hù)提高了制造業(yè)企業(yè)加成率,其對(duì)加成率的影響與企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間有關(guān),運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),受地方保護(hù)增加市場(chǎng)勢(shì)力的程度就越高。相比于出口企業(yè),內(nèi)銷(xiāo)企業(yè)由于地方保護(hù)顯著地提高了價(jià)格加成率。地方保護(hù)對(duì)大型企業(yè)、私有企業(yè)市場(chǎng)勢(shì)力的影響最大,國(guó)有企業(yè)次之,外資企業(yè)受到的影響最小。本文研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為新出臺(tái)的"公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)審查意見(jiàn)"對(duì)消除地方保護(hù)具有積極影響,對(duì)推動(dòng)供給側(cè)改革也有深遠(yuǎn)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between local protection and the additive rate of manufacturing enterprises is studied by using the data of China Industrial Enterprise Database from 1998 to 2007. The results show that local protection improves the additive rate of manufacturing enterprises, and the effect of local protection on the addition rate is related to the operation time. The longer the operation time is, the higher the degree of increasing market power by local protection is. Compared with export enterprises, domestic enterprises have significantly increased the price addition rate due to local protection. Local protection has the greatest influence on large enterprises, private enterprises have the most influence on market power, state-owned enterprises second, and foreign-funded enterprises the least. The conclusion of this paper is that the new Fair Competition Review opinion has a positive impact on the elimination of local protection and also has far-reaching significance in promoting supply-side reform.
