【摘要】：我國(guó)的電力體制改革是以2002年“廠網(wǎng)分開(kāi)”為標(biāo)志正式啟動(dòng),原來(lái)歸各省電力公司管轄的發(fā)電廠被分離出來(lái),獨(dú)立參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),獨(dú)立核算。中國(guó)華能集團(tuán)公司全資子公司的發(fā)電企業(yè)—華能金橋熱電廠,是熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)的大中型企業(yè),肩負(fù)著呼和浩特市大部分地區(qū)的發(fā)電供熱任務(wù)。目前,金橋熱電廠才剛剛正式開(kāi)始其市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作,其營(yíng)銷策略對(duì)于未來(lái)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著舉足輕重的作用。華能金橋熱電廠是一個(gè)具有代表性質(zhì)的國(guó)營(yíng)性老企業(yè),本文就是以該廠為例,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,以營(yíng)銷理論、成本理論、電價(jià)理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、戰(zhàn)略理論及電力市場(chǎng)等相關(guān)理論工具為研究方法,從成本、電價(jià)、電量以及電能質(zhì)量等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,提出了高效的且具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷措施和策略。期望這些措施和策略可以對(duì)金橋熱電廠有參考價(jià)值,并對(duì)相關(guān)發(fā)電企業(yè)有所啟發(fā)和幫助,能夠在日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The power system reform in China is officially launched in 2002 as a symbol of the "separation of plant and network". The power plant under the jurisdiction of the provincial power companies was separated, independently involved in the market competition and independent accounting. The Huaneng Jinqiao thermal power plant, the power generation enterprise of the China Huaneng Group company, is a large and medium-sized enterprise of cogeneration. At present, the Jinqiao thermal power plant has just started its marketing work, and its marketing strategy plays an important role in the future development and economic benefits. The Huaneng Jinqiao thermal power plant is a representative state-owned old enterprise. This paper is taking the factory as an example. Combined with the actual situation, the research methods, such as the marketing theory, the cost theory, the electricity price theory, the economic theory, the strategic theory and the electricity market, have been studied, and the efficient and competitive marketing measures and strategies are put forward. And the strategy can be of reference value to the Jinqiao thermal power plant, and enlighten and help the related power generation enterprises, and can get better development in the increasingly fierce market competition.
