【摘要】：中國制造業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)需要在國際市場上構(gòu)建新的競爭優(yōu)勢,而這很大程度上依賴于制造業(yè)服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型,制造業(yè)企業(yè)可通過向客戶提供成套解決方案或集成服務(wù)獲得價(jià)值增值進(jìn)而提升競爭力。盡管我國先后出臺(tái)了一些政策措施來降低制造業(yè)服務(wù)化市場準(zhǔn)入門檻,但仍存在與制造業(yè)相配套的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)、制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈延伸度不足、服務(wù)在價(jià)值鏈的比重較低、難以協(xié)調(diào)個(gè)性化生產(chǎn)與規(guī)�；�生產(chǎn)的效率、中低端制造業(yè)企業(yè)提供附加服務(wù)的動(dòng)力不足、中小型制造企業(yè)缺乏持續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)力等問題。為促進(jìn)制造業(yè)服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型,應(yīng)加大政策支持力度,確定制造業(yè)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型方向;制造業(yè)應(yīng)重構(gòu)企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈、充分利用"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+制造業(yè)"為客戶提供智能服務(wù)、重視終端消費(fèi)者的個(gè)性化體驗(yàn)、采取多種服務(wù)方式并轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧�成服�?wù)的供應(yīng)商。
[Abstract]:China's larger and stronger manufacturing industry needs to build a new competitive advantage in the international market, which largely depends on the transformation of manufacturing services. Manufacturing enterprises can increase their competitiveness by providing complete solutions or integrated services to their customers. Although China has successively introduced some policies and measures to lower the threshold of service-oriented market access for the manufacturing industry, there is still a lack of innovation ability of modern service industry matching with the manufacturing industry, and the extension of the manufacturing industrial value chain is insufficient. The proportion of service in the value chain is low, it is difficult to coordinate the efficiency of individualized production and large-scale production, the power of providing additional services to the middle and low end manufacturing enterprises is insufficient, and the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises lack the power of sustainable development. In order to promote the service transformation of manufacturing industry, we should strengthen the policy support and determine the direction of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises, and the manufacturing industry should restructure the enterprise value chain and make full use of the "Internet manufacturing industry" to provide intelligent services to customers. Pay attention to the end consumer's individualized experience, adopt a variety of service methods and transform into an integrated service provider.
