【摘要】：正傳統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)工作關(guān)注業(yè)務(wù)的事后核算和監(jiān)督,由于財(cái)務(wù)信息閉塞,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)有效地傳輸和共享,既不利于上級(jí)單位對(duì)下級(jí)單位的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和指揮管理,也不利于上層單位根據(jù)各業(yè)務(wù)單位情況進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略部署與決策制定。中國(guó)郵政集團(tuán)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)郵政)轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,積極探索財(cái)務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)融合,力求實(shí)現(xiàn)公司財(cái)務(wù)管控工作的科學(xué)化、精
