【摘要】：進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),是我國(guó)中央政府為促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程向小康社會(huì)全面推進(jìn)而制定的一項(xiàng)重大的戰(zhàn)略性決策。在當(dāng)前,由于農(nóng)村稅費(fèi)改革以及撤鄉(xiāng)并村政策的實(shí)施,使得妥善解決農(nóng)村的財(cái)務(wù)管理問(wèn)題以及村級(jí)債務(wù)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的較大阻力,而對(duì)農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)化發(fā)展制度的完善是有效解決這一問(wèn)題的主要途徑之一�，F(xiàn)對(duì)新農(nóng)村背景下農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)化發(fā)展的重要性進(jìn)行闡述,提出了農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)化發(fā)展遇到的困難,最后提出了農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)發(fā)展的合理化建議方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of new socialist countryside is an important strategic decision made by the central government in order to promote the process of domestic modernization to a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, due to the reform of taxes and fees in rural areas and the implementation of the policy of removing villages and merging villages, properly solving the problems of financial management in rural areas and the problem of village-level debts has become a major obstacle to the development of the rural economy at present. The perfection of rural accounting professional development system is one of the main ways to solve this problem. This paper expounds the importance of the development of rural accounting professionalization under the new rural background, puts forward the difficulties encountered in the development of rural accounting professionalization, and finally puts forward some rational proposals for the development of rural accounting profession.
