【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái),我國(guó)的企業(yè)規(guī)模迅速發(fā)展,日益壯大。而經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,支付模式的創(chuàng)新等新趨勢(shì),卻使得企業(yè)生存環(huán)境越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,面臨著諸多潛藏的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和不確定因素,公司經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展經(jīng)受著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。良好的公司治理和科學(xué)管理是企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障。內(nèi)部控制對(duì)提高企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力,減少損失,保障資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的可靠性和安全性,提升管理的效率,保障企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要意義。而內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)控制是內(nèi)部控制的重要構(gòu)成部分,也是內(nèi)部控制得以落實(shí)的必要保障。本文通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制理論及內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)控制理論的研究,結(jié)合X公司的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用案例分析法、訪談法等研究方法,對(duì)X公司內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)控制存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,論證了良好的企業(yè)內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)控制,對(duì)建立健全內(nèi)部控制的重要性。并提出了構(gòu)建X公司完善、有效的內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)控制的方案,為企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展奠定基石。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the scale of enterprises in our country has developed rapidly and become stronger day by day. However, the economic globalization, the rapid development of the Internet, the innovation of payment mode and other new trends have made the living environment of enterprises more and more complex, and they are faced with many hidden risks and uncertainties. The operation and development of the company are facing unprecedented challenges. Good corporate governance and scientific management are the guarantee of healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. Internal control plays an important role in improving the risk prevention ability of enterprises, reducing losses, ensuring the reliability and security of capital operation, improving the efficiency of management and ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises. The internal financial control is an important part of the internal control, and it is also the necessary guarantee for the implementation of the internal control. Based on the research of internal control theory and internal financial control theory of enterprises, combined with the actual situation of X Company, this paper uses case analysis method, interview method and other research methods. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of X Company's internal financial control, and demonstrates the importance of good internal financial control for establishing and perfecting the internal financial control. It also puts forward the plan of constructing perfect and effective internal financial control of X Company, which lays the foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.
