【摘要】：和諧主題是和諧管理理論中用于應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)代組織管理復(fù)雜性、整體性及快速應(yīng)變需求的核心概念之一。圍繞復(fù)雜快變環(huán)境下組織如何進(jìn)行整體性快速應(yīng)變這一管理難題,對(duì)現(xiàn)有和諧主題相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了拓展。具體而言,首先對(duì)和諧主題的本質(zhì)屬性進(jìn)行了深入分析,得出和諧主題在本質(zhì)上體現(xiàn)為組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對(duì)不確定情境的"意義"主張的研究結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)與其他組織要素的比較,系統(tǒng)闡釋了和諧主題的功能特征,提出和諧主題是復(fù)雜快變環(huán)境下組織進(jìn)行整體性快速應(yīng)變的一種有效工具。最后,以知識(shí)理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)和諧主題的辨識(shí)與表征過(guò)程進(jìn)行了考察,從而從知識(shí)學(xué)視角揭示了這2個(gè)過(guò)程的內(nèi)在機(jī)理。一方面從理論上豐富了戰(zhàn)略管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究,另一方面也為新經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下的組織管理實(shí)踐提供了參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The theme of harmony is one of the core concepts in the theory of harmonious management, which is used to deal with the complexity, integrity and rapid response of modern organizational management. Focusing on the management problem of how to carry out global rapid strain in complex and fast-changing environment, this paper extends the existing research on harmonious theme. Concretely speaking, firstly, the essential attribute of harmonious theme is deeply analyzed, and the conclusion that harmonious theme is embodied in essence as "meaning" of organization leader to uncertain situation is concluded. On this basis, by comparing with other organizational elements, this paper systematically explains the functional characteristics of the harmonious theme, and puts forward that the harmonious theme is an effective tool for the rapid response of the organization in the complex and rapid changing environment. Finally, based on the theory of knowledge, the identification and representation of harmonious themes are investigated, and the internal mechanism of these two processes is revealed from the perspective of knowledge. On the one hand, it enriches the related research in the field of strategic management theoretically, on the other hand, it provides reference and reference for the practice of organization management in the new economic environment.
