【摘要】： 本文首先介紹了馬王堆乙本《老子》卷前所附四篇古佚書發(fā)掘、整理、考證的情況以及目前四篇古佚書思想源流的疏考情況和相關(guān)結(jié)論。以這些考證和研究為基礎(chǔ),論文闡述了采用《黃帝四經(jīng)》這一名稱指稱四篇古佚書的緣由,并提出其成書時間應(yīng)該在《莊子》之前;同時,本文闡述了《黃帝四經(jīng)》管理哲學(xué)的內(nèi)涵與體系架構(gòu)。 接著,本文分別闡述了《黃帝四經(jīng)》管理哲學(xué)的本體論、認(rèn)識論、方法論和價值觀思想。在本體論方面,本文分析了《黃帝四經(jīng)》中“道”的基本意涵,認(rèn)為“道”既是萬物產(chǎn)生的本原,又是萬物運動變化的本體依據(jù),因此是統(tǒng)治和管理活動的本體。在認(rèn)識論方面,本文重點闡述了《黃帝四經(jīng)》的認(rèn)識路線——“循名責(zé)實”和“循名究理”及其思維方式——“以天道推演人事”的傳統(tǒng)辨證理路,分析了其思維方式的形成基礎(chǔ)。在方法論方面,本文考察了《黃帝四經(jīng)》刑德并用、文武并行的主張,認(rèn)為這一主張既是效法天道的結(jié)果,又是融合和吸收儒、法等思想的結(jié)果。另一方面,論文在對《黃帝四經(jīng)》“因之若成”和“無為”思想進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為其“無為”思想既包括繼承老子思想而形成的“無為”又包括獨具特色的“有為”兩個方面。在價值觀方面,本文總結(jié)了《黃帝四經(jīng)》管理價值觀的體系內(nèi)容并分析了其形成的基礎(chǔ)、特點與意義。認(rèn)為管理價值觀既是春秋戰(zhàn)國時期各種思想理論不斷融合的產(chǎn)物,又是適應(yīng)當(dāng)時社會發(fā)展和變革需要的結(jié)果。 最后,本文從古為今用的角度,以《黃帝四經(jīng)》為源頭,在現(xiàn)代管理的本質(zhì)、管理主客體關(guān)系以及現(xiàn)代管理中國化等方面進行了哲學(xué)反思,認(rèn)為我國管理現(xiàn)代化進程必須根植于傳統(tǒng)文化這一土壤之中,在學(xué)習(xí)西方現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)技術(shù)的同時,從自己的歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律出發(fā),尋找一條管理現(xiàn)代化之路。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces four ancient lost books attached by Mawangdui (Laozi) in front of the volume, including the excavations, collation and textual research, as well as the current think-source of the four ancient lost books and the relevant conclusions. On the basis of these textual research and research, the paper expounds the reason of using the name "the fourth Classic of the Yellow Emperor" to refer to the four ancient lost books, and points out that the time of its completion should be before "Zhuangzi", and at the same time, This paper expounds the connotation and system structure of the management philosophy of the four Classics of the Yellow Emperor. Then, this paper expounds the ontology, epistemology, methodology and values of management philosophy. In the aspect of ontology, this paper analyzes the basic meaning of "Tao" in "the four Classics of the Yellow Emperor", and holds that "Tao" is not only the origin of all things, but also the Noumenon basis of the movement of all things, so it is the Noumenon of ruling and managing activities. In the aspect of epistemology, this paper focuses on the traditional dialectical way of thinking, that is, the cognition route of "the four meridians of the Yellow Emperor"-"to follow the name and to investigate the truth", and its mode of thinking-"to deduce the personnel by the way of heaven". The forming basis of its thinking mode is analyzed. In terms of methodology, this paper examines the idea of "the four Classics of the Yellow Emperor" using punishment and morality, and holds that this proposition is not only the result of emulating the Tao of Heaven, but also the result of merging and absorbing the thoughts of Confucianism and law. On the other hand, on the basis of the analysis of the thought of "the four Classics of the Yellow Emperor" and "nothing to do", The author thinks that his "inaction" thought includes not only the "inaction" formed by inheriting Laozi's thought, but also the two aspects of "having something". In terms of values, this paper summarizes the system of management values and analyzes the foundation, characteristics and significance of its formation. It is considered that the management values are not only the product of the continuous integration of various ideological theories during the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period, but also the result of adapting to the needs of social development and change at that time. Finally, from the point of view of using the ancient times for the present, this paper makes philosophical reflections on the essence of modern management, the relationship between subject and object of management and the localization of modern management, taking the "four Classics of the Yellow Emperor" as the source. It is believed that the process of management modernization in our country must be rooted in the soil of traditional culture. While studying western modern management science and technology, we should seek a way of management modernization from our own historical development situation and historical development law.
