中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)輿論影響力的作用機(jī)制與提升路徑研究

【摘要】:本文立足當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景,在探討智庫(kù)輿論影響力內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納分析了中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)的兩大作用機(jī)制,提出了智庫(kù)輿論影響力的"形成過(guò)程"就是其對(duì)社會(huì)的"引導(dǎo)過(guò)程","引導(dǎo)過(guò)程"規(guī)制了其"形成過(guò)程"的觀點(diǎn),并嘗試總結(jié)了中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)輿論影響力的內(nèi)部與外部提升路徑,以期為中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)增強(qiáng)輿論影響力提供借鑒和參照。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the current construction of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics and on the basis of discussing the connotation of the influence of the public opinion of the think-tank, this paper sums up and analyzes the two mechanisms of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics. The paper puts forward that the "forming process" of the influence of public opinion of think-tank is its "guiding process" to the society, and the "leading process" regulates its "forming process". And try to summarize the internal and external ways to enhance the public opinion influence of the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics, in order to provide reference and reference for the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics to enhance the influence of public opinion.
