【摘要】：伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)化進(jìn)程的加速,企業(yè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈。企業(yè)面臨的運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜。為了使供應(yīng)的不確定性最大限度地減少,并且最終能在市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得獨(dú)有的優(yōu)勢(shì),企業(yè)要在產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本、質(zhì)量、及其交貨的周期,以及客戶滿意度等各方面不斷的凝聚核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力從而來占有市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。供應(yīng)鏈管理作為優(yōu)勢(shì)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)鏈,其職能作用早已引起企業(yè)的高度重視。在供應(yīng)鏈管理的模式下,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)早已演變成企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在新的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境下,應(yīng)對(duì)不斷演變的新的采購(gòu)管理理論支撐,以及新的科技支持,很多的企業(yè)都在積極挖掘通過對(duì)內(nèi)部改造,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)控制或降低成本、對(duì)外提高服務(wù)的滿意度,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)提高企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,特別是針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程的源頭——采購(gòu)管理的優(yōu)化,這已被很多企業(yè)用來提升內(nèi)部升級(jí)的第一環(huán)節(jié)�；�于此,本文以飛利浦小家電采購(gòu)管理為例,著重研究采購(gòu)流程的優(yōu)化。論文共分了五章,第一章首先介紹了論文研究背景及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況。在第二章介紹了協(xié)作的相關(guān)理論支持。第三章首先介紹了飛利浦小家電的采購(gòu)狀況,針對(duì)其采購(gòu)流程,采購(gòu)的組組織架構(gòu),供應(yīng)商的管理等進(jìn)行介紹,同時(shí)分析其采購(gòu)管理流程上的問題,供應(yīng)商的管理存在的問題及問題產(chǎn)生的原因。在第四章里探討了飛利浦小家電針對(duì)采購(gòu)管理存在的問題提出的具體優(yōu)化方案,從新采購(gòu)策略的建立、執(zhí)行、到優(yōu)化。第五章采購(gòu)優(yōu)化后的新的采購(gòu)模式的建立、采購(gòu)中心新的組織架構(gòu)、優(yōu)化后的持續(xù)發(fā)展的供應(yīng)商的管理策略實(shí)施效果評(píng)估。飛利浦小家電在采購(gòu)管理流程的優(yōu)化和具體實(shí)施執(zhí)行上有一整套先進(jìn)的管理方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),從新的采購(gòu)組織架構(gòu)、采購(gòu)管理流程、優(yōu)化后采購(gòu)人員職能分配、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、及供應(yīng)商的管理策略等各個(gè)方面確保采購(gòu)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。這其中有許多寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得其他企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economy, competition between enterprises and industries is becoming more and more intense. Enterprises are facing increasingly complex operating environment. In order to minimize the uncertainty of supply, And in the end can gain a unique advantage in the market competition, enterprises should be in the production cost, quality, and delivery of the product cycle, Supply chain management (SCM) as the core competitive chain of advantage, its function has long been attached great importance to by enterprises. In the mode of supply chain management, supply chain management has been paid more attention to. Competition among enterprises has already evolved into competition among enterprises' supply chains. In the new market operating environment, it should be supported by the new procurement management theory and the new science and technology support. Many enterprises are actively excavating to control or reduce costs, improve service satisfaction, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises through internal transformation. In particular, the optimization of procurement management, which is the source of business process, has been used by many enterprises to improve the first link of internal upgrading. Based on this, this paper takes Philips small household appliances purchasing management as an example. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background of the thesis and the research situation at home and abroad. In the second chapter, it introduces the related theory support of collaboration. Chapter three introduces the purchasing status of Philips small household appliances, and the organization structure of purchasing according to its purchasing process. Introduce the management of suppliers, and analyze the problems in the process of purchasing management. In Chapter 4th, the author discusses the specific optimization scheme of Philips small household appliances in view of the problems in purchasing management, starting with the establishment and implementation of the new purchasing strategy. Chapter 5th: the establishment of a new procurement model after optimization, the new organizational structure of the purchasing center, Philips small Home Appliances have a set of advanced management methods and experience in the optimization and implementation of procurement management process, from the new procurement organization structure, The purchasing management process, the optimized purchasing staff function distribution, the execution standard, and the supplier management strategy ensure the realization of the purchasing target. There are many valuable experiences for other enterprises to learn and learn from.
