【摘要】:當(dāng)前物流在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的作用愈發(fā)得到人們的關(guān)注,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)由原先的單純產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)演變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化浪潮的來襲,只有高效高質(zhì)的物流運(yùn)輸服務(wù)能力才能為企業(yè)搶占國際市場(chǎng)提供的強(qiáng)大有力的支持。作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)的化工產(chǎn)業(yè),它的生產(chǎn)和銷售過程涉及大量物流活動(dòng);の锪鬟\(yùn)輸方式特殊、安全性要求高、物流成本高。在這樣的背景之下,本文就某世界500強(qiáng)化工企業(yè)D公司的PMDI液體散裝化工品的國際物流運(yùn)輸需求提出了解決方案。近年來在城市建設(shè)、信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、建筑工程開發(fā)中廣泛應(yīng)用的項(xiàng)目管理方法幫助企業(yè)和部門有效實(shí)施了項(xiàng)目的管理和開發(fā),取得了很好的效果,得到了使用者的認(rèn)可和推薦。這也就帶來了項(xiàng)目管理理論的進(jìn)一步推廣和更廣泛的應(yīng)用。在這樣的背景之下,根據(jù)D公司PMDI產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際運(yùn)輸需求,本文應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的理論,使其與物流基本理論相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行了PMDI化工品物流運(yùn)輸項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)該化工產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)輸需求。文中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)程和生命周期管理理論規(guī)劃了項(xiàng)目生命周期;分析了項(xiàng)目需求,提出需求預(yù)測(cè)模型;應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目實(shí)施管理和組織結(jié)構(gòu)與人員管理進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目組織設(shè)計(jì);規(guī)劃了運(yùn)輸路線;應(yīng)用AHP分析方法,通過供應(yīng)商選擇模型選擇合適的執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商;最后應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方法,設(shè)計(jì)了物流服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理體系,以保持服務(wù)水平的穩(wěn)定和不斷提高。論文通過應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法,找出物流項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵步驟,使得物流項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過程化繁為簡(jiǎn)。文中重點(diǎn)介紹了物流項(xiàng)目中關(guān)鍵的需求預(yù)測(cè)模型和供應(yīng)商選擇模型,通過比較選擇出適合需求預(yù)測(cè)方案和供應(yīng)商選擇方案。項(xiàng)目付諸實(shí)施后,取得了很好的實(shí)際效果,達(dá)到了企業(yè)預(yù)期目標(biāo)。經(jīng)過本文PMDI產(chǎn)品的國際物流運(yùn)輸項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,顯示了應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方式來規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)物流方案是合理的、科學(xué)的、高效的。同時(shí)幫助企業(yè)在面臨實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求時(shí)提出一套便捷的物流運(yùn)輸方案設(shè)計(jì)方式,具有很好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the role of logistics in national economy and enterprise competition has been paid more and more attention. The competition among enterprises has changed from pure product competition to supply chain competition. Only high efficiency and high quality logistics and transportation service ability can provide strong and powerful support for enterprises to seize the international market. As the foundation of the national economy, the chemical industry, Its production and sales process involves a large number of logistics activities. Chemical logistics transportation mode is special, security requirements are high, logistics costs are high. This paper puts forward a solution to the international logistics transportation demand of PMDI liquid bulk chemical products of D Company, a world top 500 chemical enterprise. In recent years, it has been designed in urban construction and information system. The project management method widely used in the construction engineering development helps enterprises and departments to effectively implement the project management and development, and has achieved good results. In this context, according to the actual transportation demand of PMDI products of D Company, this paper applies the theory of project management. Combining with the basic theory of logistics, the development and design of the logistics transportation project of PMDI chemical products are carried out, and the transportation demand of the chemical product is finally realized. In this paper, the project life cycle is planned by the application of the project development process and the theory of life cycle management. The project demand is analyzed, the demand forecasting model is put forward, the project organization design is carried out by applying project implementation management, organization structure and personnel management, the transportation route is planned, and the method of AHP analysis is applied. Finally, the quality management system of logistics service project is designed by applying the project quality management method. In order to maintain the stability and continuous improvement of service level, the paper finds out the key steps of logistics project design by applying the method of project management. In this paper, the key demand forecasting model and supplier selection model in logistics project are introduced, and the suitable demand forecasting scheme and supplier selection scheme are selected by comparison. Through the design practice of the international logistics transportation project of PMDI products, it shows that it is reasonable and scientific to plan and design the logistics scheme by using the project management method. High efficiency. At the same time, it helps enterprises to put forward a set of convenient logistics and transportation scheme design mode in the face of actual business demand, which has very good reference significance.
