不確定需求下商業(yè)信用策略在A物流企業(yè)與客戶間協(xié)調(diào)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈作為近幾年來物流服務(wù)發(fā)展的新興領(lǐng)域,而受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。由于物流服務(wù)的易逝性、不可存儲(chǔ)性、無形性等特點(diǎn),使得物流服務(wù)能力的整合、集成,以及物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上的各個(gè)成員通過商業(yè)信用合同實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)作優(yōu)化,成為了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)鍵。對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上的成員之間采用商業(yè)信用的問題進(jìn)行深入探討,具有了重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論價(jià)值,該探討分析了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上的成員如何實(shí)現(xiàn)合作雙贏。本文在現(xiàn)有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中應(yīng)用商業(yè)信用合同的優(yōu)勢、障礙,以及進(jìn)一步的應(yīng)用商業(yè)信用和收益共享組合合同進(jìn)行協(xié)作優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了深入的探討和分析。 本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了作為物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上的第三方物流服務(wù)的集成商A物流企業(yè)與其客戶企業(yè)之間采用一般物流合同進(jìn)行商業(yè)來往,即客戶企業(yè)根據(jù)自己面臨的市場實(shí)際需求量的測算,訂購A物流企業(yè)的中心倉庫面積,發(fā)現(xiàn)在一般物流合同情形下,A物流企業(yè)與其客戶企業(yè)之間并不能實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的協(xié)調(diào)。進(jìn)一步地,引入商業(yè)信用協(xié)調(diào)策略作為A物流企業(yè)與其客戶企業(yè)之間的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,分析能給雙方帶來的不同方面的優(yōu)勢,發(fā)現(xiàn)采用商業(yè)信用后,無論是分散決策還是集中決策都能較一般物流合同激勵(lì)客戶企業(yè)增加租賃面積,實(shí)現(xiàn)了商業(yè)信用激勵(lì)客戶增加訂購量的目的。然而,即便采用商業(yè)信用策略后,訂購量決策滿足系統(tǒng)整體利益的最優(yōu)的點(diǎn),仍然與訂購量滿足客戶企業(yè)利益最優(yōu)的點(diǎn),無法落在利潤曲線的同一點(diǎn)上,因此,我們知道,單一的商業(yè)信用策略并不能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的成員之間的較好的協(xié)調(diào)。 為了解決無法較好的協(xié)調(diào)的這一問題,進(jìn)一步地引入了商業(yè)信用和收益共享的組合式合同進(jìn)行量化分析,用收益共享作為調(diào)整參數(shù),使得第三方物流服務(wù)集成商與其客戶企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了雙贏,也使得系統(tǒng)整體利益和客戶企業(yè)利益最優(yōu)的點(diǎn)落在同一個(gè)點(diǎn)。至此,商業(yè)信用和收益共享組合式合同能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)A物流企業(yè)和客戶企業(yè)之間的較好的協(xié)調(diào)。在模型結(jié)論基礎(chǔ)上,引用了A物流企業(yè)根據(jù)調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)分析所得到的其客戶企業(yè)所面臨的實(shí)際物流倉儲(chǔ)租賃的需求,并且根據(jù)該需求在市場上的隨機(jī)性和價(jià)格敏感性等表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析和結(jié)論驗(yàn)證,充分證明了商業(yè)信用合同以及商業(yè)信用與收益共享組合式合同對于物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈各個(gè)成員間協(xié)調(diào)合作的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Logistics service supply chain, as a new field of logistics service development in recent years, has received extensive attention. Due to the perishable, unstorable and invisible characteristics of logistics service, logistics service capability is integrated and integrated. And each member of the logistics service supply chain realizes the cooperation optimization through the commercial credit contract, which becomes the key of the logistics service supply chain. It has important practical significance and theoretical value. This paper discusses and analyzes how the members of the logistics service supply chain can achieve win-win cooperation. Based on the existing research, this paper applies the advantages of commercial credit contract to the logistics service supply chain. Obstacles, as well as the further application of commercial credit and revenue sharing portfolio contracts for collaborative optimization are discussed and analyzed in depth. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature, this paper firstly analyzes the general logistics contract between the integrator A logistics enterprise and its customer enterprise, which is the third party logistics service in the logistics service supply chain. That is, the customer enterprises order the central warehouse area of the A logistics enterprise according to the actual market demand they face. It is found that the coordination between A logistics enterprise and its customers can not be achieved under the general logistics contract situation. Furthermore, the commercial credit coordination strategy is introduced as the incentive mechanism between A logistics enterprise and its customer enterprise. After analyzing the different advantages that can be brought to both sides, it is found that after adopting commercial credit, both decentralized and centralized decisions can stimulate customer enterprises to increase rental area compared with general logistics contracts. However, even if the commercial credit strategy is adopted, the optimal point of the order quantity decision to satisfy the overall interests of the system is still the best point where the order quantity satisfies the interests of the customer and the enterprise. It cannot fall on the same point of the profit curve, so we know that a single business credit strategy can not achieve better coordination among the members of the supply chain. In order to solve this problem which can not be well coordinated, the combined contract of commercial credit and revenue sharing is further introduced for quantitative analysis, and revenue sharing is used as the adjustment parameter. It makes the third party logistics service integrator and its customer enterprise to achieve win-win situation, and also makes the best point of the overall system benefit and the customer enterprise benefit fall at the same point. Commercial credit and revenue-sharing combined contracts can achieve better coordination between A logistics enterprises and customer enterprises. Based on the research and data analysis, A logistics enterprise is cited to obtain the actual demand of logistics storage lease, and according to the randomness and price sensitivity of the demand in the market, Through numerical analysis and conclusion verification, it fully proves the advantages of commercial credit contract and commercial credit and revenue-sharing contract for coordination and cooperation among members of logistics service supply chain.
