Z縣食品安全追溯平臺建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國食品質(zhì)量安全問題日益嚴(yán)重,嚴(yán)重影響了人們的身體健康和生命安全,構(gòu)建食品質(zhì)量安全追蹤與溯源平臺是解決這一問題的有效途徑之一。食品安全的監(jiān)管要用技術(shù)手段作依托,從原料購買、生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售各個環(huán)節(jié)實現(xiàn)全過程的管理。而現(xiàn)在主要的監(jiān)管方法,主要采用傳統(tǒng)的定制模式,需要針對不同食品生產(chǎn)流程開發(fā)相應(yīng)追溯流程的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)致企業(yè)開發(fā)實施成本高,實施周期長,不適合廣大中小型食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。本文對國內(nèi)外食品追溯體系現(xiàn)狀進行分析,總結(jié)出國外追溯體系的特點,以及國內(nèi)追溯現(xiàn)狀存在問題,并結(jié)合Z縣實際情況和相關(guān)部門制定的食品安全制度,分析統(tǒng)計食品安全追溯系統(tǒng)相關(guān)食品溯源信息,針對Z縣食品溯源的現(xiàn)狀和食品供應(yīng)鏈流程分析情況,建立了一個生產(chǎn)、運輸、監(jiān)管、消費、追溯一體化的食品安全信息追溯平臺。文中采用理論和實際相結(jié)合的方法,首先結(jié)合Z縣實際分析介紹了食品追溯系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用識別技術(shù)等相關(guān)技術(shù),然后對Z縣食品安全追溯平臺的現(xiàn)狀、人員組成、供應(yīng)鏈路流程以及平臺需求做了相應(yīng)分析。再結(jié)合實際情況構(gòu)建了Z縣食品安全追溯平臺項目的總體規(guī)劃、平臺組成、平臺的子模塊,并進行總體與局部分析、設(shè)計和構(gòu)建,著重對追溯系統(tǒng)軟件平臺體系架構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)、安全等方面進行了分析設(shè)計。最后通過Z縣食品安全追溯平臺在Z縣的實施效果進行了總結(jié)和評價,并指出了平臺仍存在問題以及應(yīng)對的措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of food quality and safety in China has become more and more serious, which has seriously affected the health and safety of people. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to build a platform for tracking and tracing food quality and safety. The supervision of food safety should rely on technical means to purchase, produce and process raw materials. At present, the main supervision methods, which mainly adopt the traditional custom mode, need to develop a corresponding traceability application system for different food production processes, which leads to the high cost of enterprise development and implementation. This paper analyzes the current situation of food traceability system at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of foreign traceability system and the existing problems in domestic traceability. Combining with the actual situation of Z county and the food safety system established by relevant departments, this paper analyzes and statistics the relevant food traceability information of food safety traceability system, and establishes a production model for the current situation of food traceability and the analysis of food supply chain flow in Z County. Transportation, supervision, consumption and traceability of food safety information traceability platform. In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice is adopted. First of all, combining with the actual situation in Z County, the application and identification technology of food traceability system and other related technologies are introduced. Then the status quo, personnel composition, supply chain flow and platform demand of the food safety traceability platform in Z county are analyzed. Finally, the overall plan and the platform composition of the food safety traceability platform project in Z county are constructed according to the actual situation. Submodules of the platform, and the overall and local analysis, design and construction, focusing on the traceability system software platform architecture, functional structure, database, and network, Finally, the implementation effect of the food safety tracing platform in Z county is summarized and evaluated, and the existing problems and countermeasures are pointed out.
