華圣果業(yè)公司鮮蘋果采購管理研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快,企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。企業(yè)要想在市場(chǎng)中立于不敗之地,不僅要在生產(chǎn)、銷售環(huán)節(jié)上不斷改進(jìn),而且要在采購上挖掘潛力。尤其對(duì)于鮮果經(jīng)營企業(yè)來說,原料果質(zhì)量是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的瓶頸,能否采購到符合要求的原料果,在一定程度上能夠幫助企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文基于上述背景進(jìn)行選題。 本文通過對(duì)華圣果業(yè)公司鮮蘋果采購管理的調(diào)查,運(yùn)用采購管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論,就華圣果業(yè)公司鮮蘋果采購管理中存在的原料果質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為長期以來原料果質(zhì)量不合格率居高不下的原因主要有兩方面:(1)華圣果業(yè)公司采用“公司+代理商+果農(nóng)”的采購模式,使得公司對(duì)采購環(huán)節(jié)難以控制,從而導(dǎo)致高價(jià)低質(zhì);(2)沒有建立有效的果品供應(yīng)鏈,導(dǎo)致能夠符合高端市場(chǎng)要求的優(yōu)質(zhì)果率低,優(yōu)質(zhì)原料少,給公司的采購工作帶來巨大困難。 本文通過對(duì)果品行業(yè)現(xiàn)有的各種采購模式的分析,結(jié)合華圣果業(yè)公司的實(shí)際情況,認(rèn)為作為果品經(jīng)銷商的華圣果業(yè)公司要想提高原料果的質(zhì)量,既要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新采購模式,又要建立有效的果品供應(yīng)鏈。論文從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、采購流程和供應(yīng)商管理三個(gè)方面對(duì)新舊采購模式進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,認(rèn)為“公司+服務(wù)員+果農(nóng)”的新模式從根本上改變了舊模式中的不可控性,將舊模式下的“訂果園、談價(jià)格、控質(zhì)量”等采購關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)由代理商操作變?yōu)橛晒静僮鳎瑥亩黾庸緦?duì)采購環(huán)節(jié)的控制;通過建立有效的果品供應(yīng)鏈,將果品資料供應(yīng)商、果品生產(chǎn)商、果品經(jīng)銷商、果品零售商和最終消費(fèi)者有效地結(jié)合成一體來提供果品,從源頭上提高果品質(zhì)量,打造穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)質(zhì)原料供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié),降低交易成本和生產(chǎn)成本,提高供應(yīng)鏈上貿(mào)易伙伴的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,,從而采購到質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉的原料果,以幫助企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. If enterprises want to remain invincible in the market, they must not only improve their production and sales links, Especially for fresh fruit business enterprises, the quality of raw materials and fruit is the bottleneck of the survival and development of enterprises. To some extent, it can help enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. Based on the investigation of the purchasing management of fresh apple in Huasheng Fruit Company and the relevant theories of purchasing management and supply chain management, this paper analyzes the quality of raw material fruit in the purchasing management of fresh apple in Huasheng Fruit Company. It is believed that for a long time the unqualified rate of raw material fruit quality has been high mainly because of two aspects: 1) Huaseng Fruit Company adopted the purchasing mode of "company agent fruit farmer", which made it difficult for the company to control the purchasing link. As a result, there is no effective fruit supply chain, which can meet the requirements of high quality market, low quality fruit rate and low quality raw materials, which brings great difficulties to the purchasing work of the company. Based on the analysis of the existing purchasing modes in fruit industry and the actual situation of Huasheng Fruit Company, this paper holds that Huasheng Fruit Company, as a fruit distributor, should innovate its purchasing mode in order to improve the quality of raw fruit. In order to establish an effective fruit supply chain, the paper analyzes and compares the old and new purchasing modes from three aspects: organizational structure, purchasing process and supplier management. It is considered that the new model of "waiters and fruit growers" has fundamentally changed the uncontrollability of the old model, and changed the purchasing key links from agent operation to company operation, such as "ordering orchards, talking about price and controlling quality" in the old model. In order to increase the company's control over the procurement process; by establishing an effective fruit supply chain, fruit information suppliers, fruit producers, fruit dealers, fruit retailers and final consumers are effectively integrated to provide the fruit. From the source to improve the quality of fruit, create a stable supply of high-quality raw materials, reduce transaction costs and production costs, improve the economic benefits of trading partners in the supply chain, thus purchasing high-quality and cheap raw materials fruit, To help enterprises improve their core competitiveness.
