【摘要】：近些年，頻繁發(fā)生的各類突發(fā)事件造成電子產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中多個因素發(fā)生擾動，這些因素擾動使得原本處于協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)的電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈不再協(xié)調(diào)，給電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行帶來了嚴(yán)重影響。基于此，本文以第三方回收的電子產(chǎn)品四級閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈為對象，，對電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈在突發(fā)事件造成生產(chǎn)成本、再制造成本、市場需求、零售價格同時擾動時如何實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)的問題進(jìn)行了研究。 首先，對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述，并簡要介紹了電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的相關(guān)理論。 其次，構(gòu)建了第三方回收的電子產(chǎn)品四級閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈模型，并通過對集中式?jīng)Q策和分散式?jīng)Q策的對比分析，得出運(yùn)用契約協(xié)調(diào)正常環(huán)境下電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的必要性，在此基礎(chǔ)上，分別設(shè)計了實現(xiàn)不考慮風(fēng)險規(guī)避的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的收益共享契約和考慮零售商風(fēng)險規(guī)避的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的收益共享契約。 再次，分別分析了突發(fā)事件導(dǎo)致的四個因素（生產(chǎn)成本、再制造成本、市場需求、零售價格）同時擾動對不考慮風(fēng)險規(guī)避的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈和考慮零售商風(fēng)險規(guī)避的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的影響，并針對基準(zhǔn)收益共享契約協(xié)調(diào)作用失效的情況，對基準(zhǔn)契約進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，提出了抗突發(fā)事件的收益共享契約。 最后，指出了突發(fā)事件環(huán)境下電子產(chǎn)品閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)策略在實施過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的三大原則和交互式實施框架，提供了保障協(xié)調(diào)策略實施的十項措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many factors in electronic product supply chain system are disturbed by frequent unexpected events, which make the electronic products closed-loop supply chain in coordination state no longer coordinate. It has brought serious influence to the normal operation of the closed-loop supply chain system of electronic products. Based on this, this paper takes the four-level closed-loop supply chain of electronic products recovered by the third party as the object, and causes the production cost, remanufacturing cost and market demand for the electronic product closed-loop supply chain in the emergency. The problem of how to achieve coordination when the retail price is disturbed at the same time is studied. Firstly, the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain coordinated response to emergencies is summarized, and the theory of electronic products closed-loop supply chain coordinated response to emergencies is briefly introduced. Secondly, the four-level closed-loop supply chain model of electronic products recovered by third party is constructed, and through the comparative analysis of centralized and decentralized decision-making, the necessity of using contract to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain of electronic products under normal environment is obtained. On this basis, the revenue sharing contract of closed-loop supply chain coordination without risk aversion and the profit sharing contract of closed-loop supply chain coordination with retailer risk aversion are designed respectively. Thirdly, four factors (production cost, remanufacturing cost, market demand) caused by unexpected events are analyzed respectively. At the same time, the disturbance influences the closed-loop supply chain without risk aversion and the closed-loop supply chain with retailer risk aversion, and improves the benchmark contract when the coordination effect of the benchmark income sharing contract fails. A revenue sharing contract against emergencies is proposed. Finally, this paper points out three principles and interactive implementation framework for the implementation of electronic product closed-loop supply chain coordination strategy in the emergency environment, and provides ten measures to ensure the implementation of coordination strategy.
