【摘要】：在運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中,由于需求的不確定性,不僅托運(yùn)人的托運(yùn)承諾時(shí)間對(duì)運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的決策產(chǎn)生影響,而且隨著需求信息的不斷更新,托運(yùn)人對(duì)需求信息的掌握程度也對(duì)運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的決策產(chǎn)生影響�；�于外部定價(jià)和承運(yùn)人定價(jià),考慮了不同承諾時(shí)間內(nèi)需求信息更新的情況,建立了運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化決策模型。通過(guò)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):無(wú)論是外部確定運(yùn)價(jià)還是承運(yùn)人確定運(yùn)價(jià),承運(yùn)人總希望提早承諾,而托運(yùn)人總是希望延遲承諾;在外部確定運(yùn)價(jià)情形下,提早承諾和延遲承諾對(duì)運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)欠裼欣?則與運(yùn)價(jià)有關(guān),在運(yùn)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)低時(shí),延遲承諾對(duì)運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈有利,而運(yùn)價(jià)較高,則提早承諾對(duì)其有利,在承運(yùn)人確定運(yùn)價(jià)情形下,延遲承諾情形下的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娲笥谔嵩绯兄Z時(shí)的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的收益。
[Abstract]:In the transport service supply chain, due to the uncertainty of demand, not only does the shipper's shipping commitment time have an impact on the decision of the transport service supply chain, but also with the continuous updating of the demand information, Shippers' mastery of demand information also has an impact on the decision-making of the transport service supply chain. Based on external pricing and carrier pricing, the optimal decision model of transport service supply chain is established by considering the update of information required within different commitment time. The results of model calculation show that the carrier always wants to make an early commitment, while the shipper always wants to delay the commitment, no matter whether it is the external fixed freight rate or the carrier determines the freight rate; in the case of external fixed freight rate, the carrier always wants to delay the commitment. Whether or not early and delayed commitments are beneficial to the transport services supply chain is related to the freight rate. When the freight rate is lower, the delay commitment is beneficial to the transport services supply chain, while the higher the freight rate, the earlier commitment is beneficial to the transport services supply chain. When the carrier determines the freight rate, the revenue of the transport service supply chain in the case of delay commitment is greater than that in the transport service supply chain with early commitment.
