物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下兩級供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)共享合作的策略研究

【摘要】:物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用使得企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源實現(xiàn)了跨越企業(yè)邊界的“物-物”相連。供應(yīng)鏈中的企業(yè)能透過組織邊界展示自己或了解合作伙伴的資源狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)資源的深度可視性,同時加載了智能終端的資源具備智能優(yōu)化的能力,能主動或被動地與人或物溝通,對接上下游環(huán)節(jié),為供應(yīng)鏈實現(xiàn)資源以及信息交換提供了技術(shù)支持。相比較于以往的信息共享,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)支持下的供應(yīng)鏈成員間實現(xiàn)的是實時數(shù)據(jù)共享,這意味著資源的可視深度將不好控制,風(fēng)險損失不易估量。當(dāng)供應(yīng)鏈中的信息交流與共享方式發(fā)生變化,將會衍生一系列機會主義行為,因此需要研究供應(yīng)鏈主體間數(shù)據(jù)資源共享的新決策問題,即決策主體需要考慮的不是要不要共享,而是如何共享才能避免自身數(shù)據(jù)的過分泄露。在以往對供應(yīng)鏈合作與協(xié)調(diào)機制研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文試圖通過分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用對供應(yīng)鏈合作產(chǎn)生的影響,探究企業(yè)在“物-物”相連的供應(yīng)鏈中當(dāng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)共享時利益博弈機理與決策行為演化的內(nèi)在機理。本文以上游產(chǎn)品制造商和其下游零售商作為研究對象,研究內(nèi)容包括:通過引入企業(yè)間的信任因數(shù),同時考慮共享數(shù)據(jù)存在可挖掘價值的影響,建立了包含共享風(fēng)險損失的不同決策組合情況下的收益模型,針對短期合作的情景,通過博弈理論討論最優(yōu)均衡;針對非最優(yōu)的均衡情況,將逐一提出可行的協(xié)調(diào)方案。在短期合作中不能實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)的情況,本文嘗試以長期合作為視角,建立了長期重復(fù)博弈的總收益函數(shù),討論均衡狀態(tài)的變化和改進(jìn)的空間;當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)價值隨時間變化時,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)不同決策選擇時的總收益函數(shù),通過對收益函數(shù)的趨勢分析,討論累計價值對長期合作關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性的影響;同時,分別就短期與長期分析了存在數(shù)據(jù)偽裝與出售行為時上下游主體的博弈過程及最優(yōu)策略,得出影響主體決策的因素、相互作用關(guān)系以及最優(yōu)均衡的改進(jìn)建議。文中還應(yīng)用Matlab等分析工具對得到的結(jié)論進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析并予以驗證。
[Abstract]:The application of the Internet of things makes the internal and external resources of the enterprise realize the "material-material" connection across the enterprise boundary. The enterprises in the supply chain can show themselves or know the resource state of the partner through the organization boundary, realize the depth visibility of the resources, and load the resources of the intelligent terminal to have the ability of intelligent optimization at the same time. It can communicate with people or things actively or passively, connect with upstream and downstream links, and provide technical support for resource and information exchange in supply chain. Compared with the previous information sharing, the real-time data sharing among the members of the supply chain supported by the Internet of things technology means that the visual depth of resources will be difficult to control and the risk loss will not be easy to estimate. When the mode of information exchange and sharing changes in the supply chain, a series of opportunistic behaviors will be derived. Therefore, it is necessary to study the new decision problem of data resource sharing among supply chain agents, that is, the decision makers should not consider whether to share or not. But how to share to avoid excessive disclosure of their own data. Based on the previous researches on supply chain cooperation and coordination mechanism, this paper attempts to analyze the impact of the wide application of Internet of things technology on supply chain cooperation. This paper probes into the intrinsic mechanism of profit game mechanism and decision-making behavior evolution when enterprises share data in the "material-material" linked supply chain. In this paper, upstream product manufacturers and their downstream retailers are taken as research objects. The research includes: introducing trust factor among enterprises, and considering the influence of shared data on the value of mining. The income model of different decision combinations including shared risk loss is established. The optimal equilibrium is discussed by game theory in the case of short-term cooperation, and the feasible coordination scheme is put forward one by one for the non-optimal equilibrium. In this paper, we try to establish the total income function of long-term repeated game from the perspective of long-term cooperation, and discuss the change of equilibrium state and the space of improvement, when the data value changes with time, Further improve the total income function in different decision choices, discuss the influence of cumulative value on the stability of long-term cooperative relationship through the trend analysis of income function; at the same time, The game process and optimal strategy of the upstream and downstream agents with data camouflage and sale behavior are analyzed in the short and long term respectively. The factors influencing the decision making the interaction relationship and the improvement of the optimal equilibrium are obtained. Matlab and other analytical tools are also used to analyze and verify the obtained results.
