中小企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為解決小企業(yè)隨時性的業(yè)務問題以及優(yōu)化管理業(yè)務流程,包括簡單的辦公自動化程序與復雜的供應鏈規(guī)劃管理,本文提出了基于B/S的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的方法。網(wǎng)絡化辦公已成為現(xiàn)代辦公的主要趨勢,本文將辦公自動化與網(wǎng)絡結(jié)合起來,正好迎合了這一趨勢,能有效推進網(wǎng)絡化辦公的發(fā)展。本次設計的自動化系統(tǒng)分布于可互操作的、跨平臺的、可以高度可以插入的B/S服務的組件,在辦公自動化方面顯示出較為顯著的優(yōu)勢。本系統(tǒng)是由一個功能強大的工作流程引擎來管理整個過程的事件流,同時還可以兼顧小企業(yè)日益提高的效率以及同步控制的要求。本文首先簡單介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的研究背景與意義,其次對本開發(fā)系統(tǒng)平臺的優(yōu)點與主要功能進行了介紹,在對于企業(yè)辦公自動化需求進行必要分析的基礎上,對于本次系統(tǒng)設計的數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、數(shù)據(jù)流圖以及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的功能模塊進行詳細的解讀,最終實現(xiàn)了滿足一個中小企業(yè)辦公自動化管理的系統(tǒng),各個模塊設計良好,該系統(tǒng)可以幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)集中管理、提高辦公效率、節(jié)約辦公費用、完善辦公模式,從而提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力。本次研究的目的是為中小企業(yè)設計出一套適合自己的自動化辦公系統(tǒng),在這樣的理念指導下,本文采用案例分析法、文獻法以及親自設計測試法,設計出一套適合中小企業(yè)自動化辦公的系統(tǒng)。本課題基于J2EE框架設計和實現(xiàn)了一套實用的標準企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng),解決了中小企業(yè)“無紙化”辦公的需求,可大大提高辦公效率,同時可擴展訂制滿足特定企業(yè)業(yè)務的需求。本文主要完成以下工作:首先對辦公自動化的特點和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了廣泛的調(diào)研分析,得到辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的共性需求,總結(jié)出標準辦公自動系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),并做出詳細的需求分析和系統(tǒng)設計;其次根據(jù)功能模塊劃分,結(jié)合SSH框架的整合,完成了辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)設計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設計;最后基于SSH框架進行二次封裝,設計出更易于本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的框架,并完成了對系統(tǒng)各個模塊的實現(xiàn),同時研究了Web系統(tǒng)的自動化測試方法,并對本系統(tǒng)進行了測試,經(jīng)測試,各項功能均正常運行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the business problems of small enterprises and to optimize the management of business processes, including simple office automation procedures and complex supply chain planning and management, this paper proposes a method of developing office automation system based on B / S. Network office has become the main trend of modern office. This paper combines office automation with network, which caters to this trend and can effectively promote the development of networked office. The designed automation system is distributed in interoperable, cross-platform, and can be highly pluggable components of the B / S service, showing a more significant advantage in office automation. This system is a powerful workflow engine to manage the whole process of the event flow, but also can take into account the increasing efficiency of small enterprises and the requirements of synchronous control. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the system development, then introduces the advantages and main functions of the development system platform, on the basis of the necessary analysis of the requirements of the enterprise office automation. The database design, data flow diagram and the function module of the system are explained in detail. Finally, a system to satisfy the office automation management of small and medium-sized enterprises is realized, and each module is well designed. The system can help enterprises to achieve centralized management, improve office efficiency, save office expenses, improve office mode, and thus improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to design a suit of automation office system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Under the guidance of this idea, this paper adopts case analysis method, literature method and personal design test method. To design a set of automatic office system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper designs and implements a set of standard office automation system based on J2EE framework, which solves the need of "paperless" office for small and medium-sized enterprises, and can greatly improve the efficiency of office. At the same time, it can be extended to meet the needs of specific enterprise business. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the characteristics and development status of office automation are investigated and analyzed extensively, the common requirements of office automation system are obtained, and the architecture of standard office automation system is summarized. And make detailed requirements analysis and system design; secondly, according to the functional module division, combined with the integration of the SSH framework, completed the office automation system architecture design and database design; finally based on the SSH framework for secondary packaging, The framework of this system is designed, and the realization of each module of the system is completed. At the same time, the automatic test method of Web system is studied, and the system is tested. After testing, all functions run normally.
