【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下的21世紀(jì)的現(xiàn)代制造型企業(yè)競爭尤為激烈，企業(yè)的核心競爭力在于精干、高效、安全的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作系統(tǒng)。制造企業(yè)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中，并不是傳統(tǒng)假設(shè)的理想的確定條件，而是存在著大量的不確定性因素，因此對制造系統(tǒng)不確定性進(jìn)行識別與評價(jià)具有重要的研究意義。 粗糙集理論使用數(shù)學(xué)方法對對象進(jìn)行分析處理，能有效對分析對象做出客觀的評價(jià)。故本文采用粗糙集理論方法來對制造系統(tǒng)中的不確定性進(jìn)行識別評價(jià)。 本文首先明確了研究內(nèi)容、目的和意義、并對已有文獻(xiàn)、研究思路和方法進(jìn)行了綜述；其次對相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹，包括對研究內(nèi)容提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論與方法等相關(guān)內(nèi)容，以及應(yīng)用到的粗糙集理論與方法。 本文的創(chuàng)新在于構(gòu)建了新的描述制造系統(tǒng)不確定性的指標(biāo)體系，，并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了基于粗糙集理論的識別評價(jià)模型，通過對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)齊離散化，對條件屬性進(jìn)行屬性約簡來簡化指標(biāo)體系，可得到識別評價(jià)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)；根據(jù)屬性重要度確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對制造系統(tǒng)不確定性的綜合評價(jià)。 本文選擇用非輪胎橡膠制品行業(yè)15家制造企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)作為實(shí)例，對建立的制造系統(tǒng)不確定性的識別評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，得到了這一行業(yè)制造系統(tǒng)的主要的不確定性因素，對其進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)，并對評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析，提出了針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the competition of modern manufacturing enterprises in the 21st century is particularly fierce. The core competitiveness of enterprises lies in a lean, efficient and safe production and operation system. Manufacturing enterprises in the actual production process, is not the traditional assumption of the ideal conditions, but there are a lot of uncertainties, so the identification and evaluation of manufacturing system uncertainty has an important significance. Rough set theory uses mathematical method to analyze and deal with the object, which can effectively evaluate the object. Therefore, rough set theory is used to identify and evaluate the uncertainty of manufacturing system. This paper first defines the content, purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the existing literature, research ideas and methods. Secondly, it introduces the relevant theories, including the risk management, which provides guidance and reference to the research content. The theory and method of supply chain risk management, and the application of rough set theory and method. The innovation of this paper is to construct a new index system to describe the uncertainty of manufacturing system, and on this basis, a recognition and evaluation model based on rough set theory is established. The index system can be simplified by attribute reduction of conditional attributes, and the key index of identification and evaluation can be obtained. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of uncertainty of manufacturing system can be realized by determining the weight of index according to attribute importance. In this paper, the related data of 15 manufacturing enterprises in non-tire rubber products industry are selected as an example to verify the identification and evaluation model of manufacturing system uncertainty, and the main uncertainty factors of manufacturing system in this industry are obtained. The comprehensive evaluation is carried out, and the corresponding analysis of the evaluation results is made, and some pertinent suggestions are put forward.
