【摘要】：在新形勢(shì)下，大力發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)，加快建設(shè)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，有利于拓展國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展空間，維護(hù)國家戰(zhàn)略安全；有利于加速形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長極，，完善我國沿海整體經(jīng)濟(jì)布局；有利于推進(jìn)海洋生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展；有利于提高海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)國際合作水平，深化我國沿海開放戰(zhàn)略，意義十分重大。同時(shí)，打造山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，是我省實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)文化強(qiáng)省的重要組成部分，是培育我省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要突破口，有利于促進(jìn)全省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展和突破。 現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，金融已成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力。只有充分發(fā)揮金融支持的主體作用，才能加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。為了進(jìn)一步探索區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融互動(dòng)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律，充分發(fā)揮金融支持經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心動(dòng)力作用，筆者對(duì)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展和金融支持情況進(jìn)行了專題調(diào)研，分析了存在的主要問題及成因，提出了加快“藍(lán)區(qū)”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的粗淺建議。 論文分五部分。第一章為緒論。第二章在對(duì)區(qū)域金融和金融支持的概念進(jìn)行了界定之后，從金融地理學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和金融資源論等多個(gè)視角系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了目前國內(nèi)外對(duì)金融支持的作用機(jī)制、效應(yīng)機(jī)理等。第三章系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析了當(dāng)前山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融發(fā)展的不足。第四章為發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的案例分析。重點(diǎn)介紹了珠江三角洲、長江三角洲和環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的金融支持情況。第五章為促進(jìn)山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融支持的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, vigorously developing the marine economy and speeding up the construction of the Blue Economic Zone in Shandong peninsula will help expand the development space of the national economy and maintain the national strategic security, accelerate the formation of a new economic growth pole, improve the overall economic layout of the coastal economy of our country, promote the construction of marine ecological civilization and promote the sustainable marine economy. Development is of great significance to improve the international cooperation level of the marine economy and deepen the opening strategy of China's coastal areas. At the same time, building the Blue Economic Zone in Shandong peninsula is an important part of the province of economic and cultural enforcement in our province, and a critical breakthrough in cultivating the new advantages of our province's economic development, which is conducive to the promotion of the economic and social realization of the whole province. The development and breakthroughs.
In modern society, finance has become an important force to promote economic development. As the core of modern economy, finance is the first motive force of economic development. Only by giving full play to the main role of financial support can we speed up the development of regional economy. In order to further explore the internal law of regional economic and financial development, the financial support will be fully played. At the core of economic development, the author makes a special survey on the development and financial support of the Blue Economic Zone in Shandong Peninsula, analyzes the main problems and causes, and puts forward some superficial suggestions to speed up the economic development of the blue zone.
The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter, after defining the concept of regional financial and financial support, summarizes the mechanism and effect mechanism of financial support at home and abroad from the financial geography, industrial economics and the theory of financial resources. The third chapter systematically summarizes the blue Shandong Peninsula The present situation of Economic Zone Development and the analysis of the shortage of financial development in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. The fourth chapter is the case analysis of the financial support regional economic development in developed areas. The financial support of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the economic circle around Bohai is mainly introduced. The fifth chapter is to promote the finance of the Blue Economic Zone in Shandong peninsula. Support policy recommendations.
