【摘要】：目前我國中小型物流企業(yè)融資難度大、融資成本及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高。而造成我國中小型物流企業(yè)融資困難的原因既有企業(yè)自身和行業(yè)的原因也有來自信貸體制、資本市場和社會(huì)中介服務(wù)方面的制約。為解決我國中小型物流企業(yè)的融資困難，，企業(yè)自身應(yīng)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理，商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)大力發(fā)展物流銀行質(zhì)押貸款業(yè)務(wù)，而政府應(yīng)支持物流園區(qū)建設(shè)，并加快發(fā)展資本市場的步伐。并且政府有必要成立類似美國中小企業(yè)管理局的專業(yè)擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)甚至建立與中小企業(yè)相適應(yīng)的政策性銀行。 本文共分五部分。第一部分，討論了小型和中型物流企業(yè)融資問題的研究背景、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，以及對(duì)國內(nèi)外小型和中型物流企業(yè)融資研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述；第二部分，概述我國中小物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史、中小物流企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的重要作用以及在發(fā)展中遇到的問題，指出制約中小物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸問題是其面臨的融資困難問題；第三部分，指出我國中小物流企業(yè)目前面臨的融資困難并分析造成其融資困難的形成原因；第四部分，基于Z—Score模型對(duì)上市物流企業(yè)融資的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)檢驗(yàn)，運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法分析了上市物流企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，為我國商業(yè)銀行給上市物流企業(yè)借貸提供一定的參考價(jià)值；第五部分，根據(jù)第三、第四章分析的原因，從不同的角度給出解決我國中小物流企業(yè)融資困難的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our country are difficult to finance, high financing cost and high risk. The causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China are not only the enterprises themselves and the industry, but also the constraints from the credit system, capital market and social intermediary services. In order to solve the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China, the enterprises themselves should strengthen their internal management, the commercial banks should vigorously develop the pledge loan business of the logistics banks, and the government should support the construction of the logistics parks and speed up the pace of developing the capital market. And it is necessary for the government to set up professional guarantee agencies such as the small and medium Enterprises Administration of the United States or even policy banks suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the research background, practical significance, and the current situation of financing of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the history of the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China, the important role played by small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the development of economy and society, and the problems encountered in the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. The paper points out that the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is the financing difficulty they face; the third part points out the financing difficulties faced by the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the financing difficulties. Based on the Z-Score model, this paper analyzes the financial risk of listed logistics enterprises by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, which provides a certain reference value for Chinese commercial banks to lend to listed logistics enterprises. The fifth part, according to the third chapter, the fourth chapter analyzes the reason, from the different angle gives the solution our country small and medium-sized logistics enterprise financing difficulty countermeasure.
