【摘要】：勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障部先后于2005年和2007年兩次頒布企業(yè)年金基金管理機(jī)構(gòu)名單，其中包括商業(yè)銀行、信托公司、保險(xiǎn)公司、證券公司、基金管理公司等。2011年5月1日實(shí)施的《企業(yè)年金基金管理辦法》又進(jìn)一步明確了我國(guó)企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)中基金受托人、賬戶管理人、托管人、投資管理人的具體職責(zé)。面對(duì)快速增長(zhǎng)的企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)，獲得牌照的各金融機(jī)構(gòu)都已積極準(zhǔn)備，力爭(zhēng)在年金市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)一席地位。商業(yè)銀行如何在企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中看清事實(shí)，確定其在市場(chǎng)中的角色，充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)都是本文所要研究和分析的。 本文首先從企業(yè)年金的理論介紹入手，概述了企業(yè)年金、年金市場(chǎng)的概念及相關(guān)理論，同時(shí)分析了企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的影響和商業(yè)銀行開展企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)的必要性。接著介紹典型國(guó)家企業(yè)年金制度和銀行在制度下如何確立自己在年金市場(chǎng)的地位，，我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行與獲得牌照的其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)各當(dāng)事人的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和當(dāng)前銀行開展企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及制約因素，然后通過(guò)博弈論分析銀行與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)中主體角色的各種情形，選擇適合當(dāng)前我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)的最優(yōu)發(fā)展模式，最后提出鞏固我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)年金市場(chǎng)中的地位策略。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued a list of occupational pension fund management agencies in 2005 and 2007 respectively, including commercial banks, trust companies, insurance companies, and securities companies. Fund Management Company, etc. The "measures for the Management of Enterprise Pension Fund" implemented on May 1, 2011 further clarifies the specific duties of fund trustees, account managers, custodians and investment managers in China's enterprise annuity market. In the face of the rapid growth of the enterprise annuity market, the licensed financial institutions have been actively prepared to occupy a position in the annuity market. How to see the facts clearly in the fierce competition of the enterprise annuity market, determine its role in the market, and give full play to its own advantages are all to be studied and analyzed in this paper. This paper begins with the introduction of enterprise annuity theory, summarizes the concept of enterprise annuity, annuity market and related theories, and analyzes the influence of enterprise annuity business on commercial banks and the necessity of commercial banks to carry out enterprise annuity business. Then it introduces the typical national enterprise annuity system and how the banks establish their position in the annuity market under the system. The advantages and disadvantages of Chinese commercial banks competing with other licensed financial institutions and the current situation and restrictive factors for banks to carry out enterprise annuity business, Then through the game theory analysis of the main role of banks and competitors in the competitive enterprise annuity market, choose the best development model suitable for the current commercial banks in the enterprise annuity market. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of consolidating the position in the enterprise annuity market of China's commercial banks.
