【摘要】:商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造新的競爭優(yōu)勢,獲取新的市場資源,發(fā)現(xiàn)新的經濟增長點,從而提升績效。在全球經濟增速放緩的背景下,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對于企業(yè)更是意義非凡。以往的研究主要聚焦于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新為企業(yè)帶來的積極結果。然而,導致企業(yè)實現(xiàn)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因因素依然混亂,其作用機制也是研究的"黑箱"。本研究首先回顧前人有關商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的文獻,梳理商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新為企業(yè)帶來的積極作用。其次,從功能角度分析制約和驅動企業(yè)進行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的因素,并從戰(zhàn)略領域三個核心學派的觀點出發(fā),刻畫商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成機制。最后,本研究認為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是一個內外兼修的過程,通過文獻梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),其前因包括管理認知、資源能力、組織活動和盈利模式等內部因素;以及技術創(chuàng)新、情境因素、市場機會和企業(yè)的價值網絡等外部因素;并對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)和在位企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因加以區(qū)分。本研究詳盡分析商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因變量及其作用機制,延伸商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究范圍,具有一定的理論價值;另外,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因研究能夠幫助企業(yè)準確地進行自我定位,使商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的成功實現(xiàn)有跡可循。
[Abstract]:Business model innovation can create new competitive advantages for enterprises, acquire new market resources, find new economic growth points, and thus improve performance. Business model innovation is of great significance to enterprises. Previous studies have focused on the positive results of business model innovation. However, the factors leading to business model innovation remain chaotic. The mechanism is also the "black box" of the study. This study first reviews the previous literature on business model innovation, combing the positive role that business model innovation brings to enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors restricting and driving business model innovation from the perspective of function, and describes the formation mechanism of business model innovation from the viewpoint of three core schools in strategic field. This study holds that business model innovation is a process of internal and external renovation. Through literature review, it is found that the former causes include internal factors such as management cognition, resource ability, organizational activities and profit model, as well as technological innovation, situational factors, etc. The external factors, such as market opportunity and enterprise value network, are distinguished from the antecedents of business model innovation of start-up and incumbent enterprises. This study analyzes the antecedents of business model innovation and its mechanism in detail. Extending the research scope of business model innovation has certain theoretical value; in addition, the research on the antecedents of business model innovation can help enterprises to accurately position themselves and make the successful realization of business model innovation follow.
