【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，生活水平的日益提高，人民對于外出旅游的需求也日趨旺盛。旅游業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分，產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高、經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動性強(qiáng)，旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展可帶動一系列相關(guān)行業(yè)諸如交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、住宿業(yè)與金融服務(wù)業(yè)等發(fā)展。大力開發(fā)旅游資源，推進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅是推動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，優(yōu)化地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)重要戰(zhàn)略，也是提高人民生活質(zhì)量重要的途徑。 臨沂市地處山東省的東南部，是山東省面積最大的地級市。近年來，，隨著國家各級政府對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的不斷重視，臨沂市的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，旅游總收入從2009年的182.3億元上升至2012年的358.8億元，同期，旅游總收入占臨沂市生產(chǎn)總值中的比重也從8.64%上升到11.9%。臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈也逐漸形成和發(fā)展，但是到目前為止，臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展還是不成熟的，其經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動作用也沒有達(dá)到充分的發(fā)揮，需要整合完善以期發(fā)揮更大更有效的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)，推動地區(qū)全局經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 在此背景下，本文首先在有關(guān)旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈問題的文獻(xiàn)檢索、閱讀、整理的基礎(chǔ)之上，發(fā)現(xiàn)了從旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合模式這一角度研究臨沂市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展情況的視角，并從這一角度出發(fā)，通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀和梳理，對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行界定，并且利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析理論對臨沂市旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀的量化的詳細(xì)的分析，并進(jìn)一步探尋臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的可能的方向和路徑，最后根據(jù)前面對臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合模式和整合途徑的分析，為臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出一些有針對性策略和建議，希望可以為臨沂市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及其他相似地區(qū)的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合發(fā)展提供一種發(fā)展思路建議和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people's demand for traveling is more and more strong. Tourism is an important part of modern service industry. The development of tourism industry can promote a series of related industries such as transportation, catering, accommodation and financial services. Vigorously developing tourism resources and promoting the development of tourism industry is not only an important strategy to promote regional economic development and optimize the regional economic structure, but also an important way to improve the quality of life of the people. Linyi City is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, Shandong Province is the largest prefecture-level city. In recent years, with the government at all levels paying more attention to the development of modern service industry, the tourism industry in Linyi has developed rapidly. The total income of tourism has risen from 18.23 billion yuan in 2009 to 35.88 billion yuan in 2012. The proportion of total tourism income in Linyi's GDP also rose from 8.64% to 11.9%. Linyi tourism industry chain is gradually formed and developed, but so far, the development of Linyi tourism industry chain is still immature, and its economic driving role has not been fully played. It is necessary to integrate and perfect in order to bring into play more and more effective industrial correlation effect and promote the development of regional economy as a whole. Under this background, based on the literature retrieval, reading and arrangement of the tourism industry chain, this paper finds out the perspective of the tourism industry development in Linyi from the perspective of tourism industry chain integration model. And from this point of view, through literature reading and combing, the tourism industry chain is defined, and the development status of Linyi tourism industry chain is analyzed objectively and in detail by using grey relational analysis theory. And further explore the possible direction and path of Linyi tourism industry chain integration, finally according to the previous analysis of Linyi tourism industry chain integration model and integration approach, This paper puts forward some targeted strategies and suggestions for the development of tourism industry in Linyi city, hoping to provide a kind of suggestion and reference for the development of tourism industry in Linyi city and the integration and development of tourism industry chain in other similar areas.
