能源回購補(bǔ)償機(jī)制下基于無限階段折扣準(zhǔn)則的最優(yōu)生產(chǎn)與庫存策略

【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)促使各國電力需求激增,電力供需矛盾為能源回購項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展提供了條件。為能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)錯(cuò)峰用電和緩解能源需求的緊張,能源回購項(xiàng)目在每個(gè)階段出現(xiàn)能源短缺時(shí),將根據(jù)短缺的不同程度為限產(chǎn)(或停產(chǎn))企業(yè)提供了金額不同的資金補(bǔ)償。因此,在該能源回購補(bǔ)償機(jī)制下,企業(yè)需要確定每個(gè)階段是否參加能源回購項(xiàng)目及其相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)庫存策略,來實(shí)現(xiàn)其期望折扣成本的最小化。本文研究了能源回購補(bǔ)償機(jī)制下企業(yè)以最小化期望折扣成本為目標(biāo)的無限階段最優(yōu)生產(chǎn)/庫存策略。引入啟動(dòng)成本和多個(gè)能源需求狀態(tài)的資金補(bǔ)償水平后,在合理的假設(shè)條件下,證明了每個(gè)階段生產(chǎn)商的最優(yōu)生產(chǎn)/庫存策略在高峰狀態(tài)為(si,S)策略,在非高峰狀態(tài)為(s0,S,A)策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the advancement of industrialization, the power demand of all countries has increased sharply, and the contradiction between supply and demand of power has provided the conditions for the development of energy repurchase projects. When the energy repurchase project is short of energy at each stage, it will provide different amounts of financial compensation to the limited production (or stop production) enterprise according to the different degree of the shortage. Therefore, under the energy repurchase compensation mechanism, Enterprises need to determine whether to participate in each phase of the energy repurchase project and its corresponding production inventory strategy, In this paper, an infinite stage optimal production / inventory strategy with the goal of minimizing the expected discount cost under the energy repo compensation mechanism is studied. The start-up cost and multiple energy sources are introduced. After the level of capital compensation in the state of demand, Under reasonable assumptions, it is proved that the optimal production / inventory strategy for each stage is a Schi-Si-S) strategy in the peak state and a S0 / SI-A) strategy in the off-peak state.
