【摘要】:近年我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力不斷提升,現(xiàn)已躍居全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的利好形式也帶動(dòng)了企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變遷,企業(yè)不斷的發(fā)展壯大過程中,項(xiàng)目管理在企業(yè)管理中占據(jù)的位置逐漸突出,然而目前的項(xiàng)目管理理論研究中關(guān)于企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的研究仍然處于較為薄弱的狀態(tài),尤其是項(xiàng)目管理如何符合企業(yè)整體戰(zhàn)略,業(yè)界在這一問題上尚未達(dá)成一致意見。實(shí)踐中亦是如此,許多企業(yè)僅是處于借用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理念嘗試指導(dǎo)、幫助項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施個(gè)別項(xiàng)目的階段,沒有建立一個(gè)體系來應(yīng)對(duì)多項(xiàng)目并存的管理局面。 本文在學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略管理、項(xiàng)目管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了如何使具體項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目群緊緊圍繞企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方向高效穩(wěn)健的開發(fā)和管理問題。并以新奧集團(tuán)大力發(fā)展車船用LNG項(xiàng)目的戰(zhàn)略指向?yàn)閷?shí)際出發(fā)點(diǎn),研究LNG加注站項(xiàng)目發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了優(yōu)化意見。本文主要闡述了以下幾方面內(nèi)容: 第一部分重點(diǎn)闡述了基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的項(xiàng)目管理問題討論背景、意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)此問題的研究理論和實(shí)踐情況,為全面剖析項(xiàng)目管理管理做好鋪墊。 第二部分是相關(guān)理論綜述,主要介紹與戰(zhàn)略管理、項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)的概念、方法及理論,為下一步項(xiàng)目管理如何與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略有機(jī)結(jié)合的分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分詳細(xì)闡述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略與項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)系及管理模式,并探討如何使二者形成良性結(jié)合。 第四部分根據(jù)以上理論支持和企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的觀察,深入剖析新奧集團(tuán)基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的車船用LNG項(xiàng)目面臨的實(shí)際問題。 第五部分提出了組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的人資體系并描述出項(xiàng)目發(fā)展策略和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控方法。 文中提到的理論和方法都是以企業(yè)制定正確戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向?yàn)榍疤?也將會(huì)在本人實(shí)際項(xiàng)目開發(fā)管理工作中合理應(yīng)用,不斷檢驗(yàn)和優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the overall national strength of our country has been continuously improved, and now it has become the second largest economy in the world. The favorable forms of the macro economy have also led to the changes of the internal and external environment of enterprises, and the continuous development and expansion of enterprises. The position of project management in enterprise management is gradually prominent. However, the research on enterprise project management in the current project management theory is still in a relatively weak state, especially how the project management accords with the overall strategy of the enterprise. The industry has not reached a consensus on this issue. This is also the case in practice. Many enterprises are only at the stage of trying to guide the project management team by borrowing modern project management concepts to help the project management team implement individual projects. There is no system in place to deal with the multi-project management situation. On the basis of studying the theory of corporate strategic management and project management, this paper discusses how to make specific projects. The project group closely revolves around the enterprise strategic direction high efficient and steady development and the management problem. Taking the new Austria group vigorously develops the vehicle and ship LNG project strategy direction as the actual starting point, studies the LNG filling station project development present situation, This paper mainly expounds the following aspects:. The first part focuses on the background and significance of the discussion of project management based on enterprise strategy, as well as the research theory and practice of this problem at home and abroad, which lays the groundwork for the overall analysis of project management. The second part is a summary of relevant theories, which mainly introduces the concepts, methods and theories related to strategic management and project management, which lays a foundation for the analysis of how to combine project management with enterprise strategy in the next step. The third part elaborates the relationship between enterprise strategy and project management and discusses how to combine them. Based on the above theoretical support and the observation of the present situation of the development of the enterprise, the 4th part analyzes the practical problems faced by the LNG project of vehicle and ship based on the enterprise strategy. In the 5th part, the optimization of organization structure, the establishment of long-term stable human capital system and the description of project development strategy and project risk control method are proposed. The theories and methods mentioned in this paper are based on the establishment of the correct strategic development direction of the enterprise, and will be reasonably applied, continuously tested and optimized in my actual project development and management work.
