【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀概述,借助于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的理論、方法,研究探索安徽TF茶葉公司發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題,以SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析法為工具,在實(shí)踐方面以期為安徽TF茶葉公司茶葉發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向提供參考,同時(shí)也為我國(guó)其他類似地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供方法指導(dǎo)。緒論簡(jiǎn)要闡述論文研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和方法,為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略研究引入依據(jù),并指出戰(zhàn)略研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第二章：闡述茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),并對(duì)安徽TF茶葉公司的外部宏觀環(huán)境和微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。第三章：對(duì)SWOT模型的簡(jiǎn)介。第四章：對(duì)安徽TF茶葉公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作SWOT分析歸類。對(duì)其發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),外部所面臨的機(jī)遇與威脅進(jìn)行有系統(tǒng)有條理的分析,并初步構(gòu)建安徽TF茶葉公司的SWOT模型。第五章：結(jié)合每三章、第四章對(duì)安徽TF茶葉公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想和對(duì)建議,得出一系列組織未來(lái)可選擇對(duì)策,如：SO戰(zhàn)略(增長(zhǎng)性戰(zhàn)略)、WO戰(zhàn)略(扭轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略)、ST戰(zhàn)略(多種經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略)、WT戰(zhàn)略(防御型戰(zhàn)略)。第六章確定TF茶葉公司目前的WO戰(zhàn)略,并對(duì)其實(shí)施提出建議。第七章,結(jié)束語(yǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by summarizing the current research situation of the strategic management theory, with the help of the modern enterprise strategic management theory and methods, this paper studies and explores the strategic problems in the transformation of the development mode of Anhui TF tea company, using the SWOT strategic analysis method as a tool. In practice, it is expected to provide reference for Anhui TF Tea Company's tea development strategy, and also to provide method guidance for other similar regions in China to transform their economic development. The introduction briefly describes the research background, significance, content and methods of this paper. Introduce the basis for the strategic research of enterprises, and point out the practical significance of the strategic research. Chapter two: the present situation and trend of tea industry development, Chapter 3: brief introduction to SWOT model. Chapter 4th: SWOT analysis and classification of Anhui TF tea company's development status, its internal advantages and disadvantages. The external opportunities and threats are systematically analyzed, and the SWOT model of Anhui TF Tea Company is constructed preliminarily. Chapter 5th: combined with every three chapters and 4th chapters, the development strategy and suggestions of Anhui TF Tea Company are proposed. A series of possible countermeasures for the future of the organization are obtained, such as the growth strategy (growth strategy) and the WO strategy (the twisting strategy) (the diversified business strategy) and the WT strategy (defense strategy). Chapter 6th determines the current WO strategy of TF Tea Company. And puts forward the suggestion to its implementation. 7th chapter, concluding remarks.
