【摘要】：目前，國(guó)家大力發(fā)展高端制造業(yè)，高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)作為高端制造業(yè)的主體，發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)迅猛，其在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所作的貢獻(xiàn)已越來(lái)越大，所占的地位也越來(lái)越重。我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)近年來(lái)雖然迅速發(fā)展，但與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)相比，存在缺乏核心技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新能力、缺乏世界級(jí)知名品牌、高端裝備和關(guān)鍵零部件大多依賴進(jìn)口等方面的問(wèn)題，在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)想站穩(wěn)，是一個(gè)艱難的過(guò)程。當(dāng)前，中國(guó)步入一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代，但是中國(guó)也進(jìn)入了當(dāng)今國(guó)際充滿種種危機(jī)的時(shí)代，高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)處在內(nèi)外危機(jī)圍困之中，當(dāng)前我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)急需通過(guò)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育來(lái)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的整體實(shí)力，獲取持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，以應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的復(fù)雜變化和激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 本文基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的已有研究，總結(jié)歸納了高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力概念及特征。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及所選擇的發(fā)展模式的對(duì)比研究，總結(jié)了我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的主要不足，并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了分析；對(duì)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的識(shí)別和影響要素進(jìn)行了闡述，在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系以及培育途徑，并分別從政府角度和企業(yè)層面兩個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的培育保障措施，以保障我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育。
[Abstract]:At present, the state is vigorously developing high-end manufacturing industries. As the main body of high-end manufacturing industries, high-end manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly, and their contribution to the national economy has been increasing. Although China's high-end manufacturing enterprises have developed rapidly in recent years, compared with the high-end manufacturing enterprises in developed countries, they lack the core technology and innovation capability, and lack of world-class well-known brands. Most high-end equipment and key components depend on imports and so on. It is a difficult process to stand firm in the international market. At present, China is entering an era of rapid development. However, China has also entered an era of various international crises. High-end manufacturing enterprises are under the siege of internal and external crises. At present, China's high-end manufacturing enterprises urgently need to strengthen their overall strength through the cultivation of core competitiveness. To obtain a sustained competitive advantage to cope with complex market changes and fierce competition. Based on the existing research of core competence, The concept and characteristics of core competence of high-end manufacturing enterprises are summarized and summarized. This paper summarizes the main shortcomings of the core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises in China, and analyzes the reasons for it, and expounds the identification and influence factors of the core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises. On this basis, the evaluation index system and cultivation ways of core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises in China are designed, and the corresponding measures are put forward from the angle of government and enterprise level. In order to ensure the cultivation of core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises in China.
