【摘要】：“十二五”時(shí)期，是中國(guó)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，是深化改革開(kāi)放、加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期，既為納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展帶來(lái)了難得的歷史機(jī)遇，也提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)與考驗(yàn)。蘇州是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最快、科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)最活躍的城市之一，在納米技術(shù)應(yīng)用及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中，以國(guó)際化的視野、良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、積聚創(chuàng)新資源的能力準(zhǔn)確把握了世界科技發(fā)展的脈搏，迅速推進(jìn)了納米科技研發(fā)和納米企業(yè)發(fā)展。蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)在“科技全球化”的第二次全球化浪潮中是比較成功的開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)之一，但同時(shí)也面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型等可持續(xù)、科學(xué)發(fā)展的艱巨任務(wù)。納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展是蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、參加國(guó)家建設(shè)、推動(dòng)江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)蘇州轉(zhuǎn)型的重要抓手。因此，本文通過(guò)對(duì)特定的區(qū)域和行業(yè)進(jìn)行研究，得出科學(xué)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路，具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過(guò)闡述和分析蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群目前在本地區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和集聚程度，以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用波特的鉆石模型為工具，通過(guò)研究與分析，參照和對(duì)比相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)踐案例，，找出蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足，對(duì)未來(lái)納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的具體方向以及擬采取的后續(xù)措施與對(duì)策提供一定的參考。全文共分為七章，第一章是緒論，概述本文的研究背景、研究目的與意義；第二章介紹了相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述；第三章分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境；第四章對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析；第五章詳述蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇和實(shí)施；第六章談一下蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)納米產(chǎn)業(yè)集群特色行業(yè)和典型企業(yè)的案例分析；第七章是對(duì)前六章的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行歸納，并提出本次研究的不足之處。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan period is a key period for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way, a critical period for deepening reform and opening up and speeding up the transformation of economic development mode, which has brought a rare historical opportunity for the development of nanoindustrial clusters. Suzhou is one of the cities with the fastest economic growth and the most active scientific and technological innovation activities in China. In the process of the application of nanotechnology and its industrialization, Suzhou has an international perspective and a good industrial base. The ability to accumulate innovative resources accurately grasps the pulse of scientific and technological development in the world. The Suzhou Industrial Park is one of the more successful development zones in the second wave of globalization of science and technology, but at the same time it is also facing the adjustment of the economic structure. The development of nanoindustrial clusters is an important task for Suzhou Industrial Park to participate in international competition, to participate in national construction, to promote the economy of Jiangsu and to promote the transformation of Suzhou. Through the study of specific regions and industries, this paper draws the strategic thinking of scientific development, which has certain practical significance. Based on the theory of industrial cluster and using Porter's diamond model as a tool, this paper expounds and analyzes the present development and agglomeration degree of nanoindustrial cluster in Suzhou Industrial Park. Referring to and comparing the relevant literature and practical cases, find out the advantages and disadvantages in the development of Suzhou Industrial Park Nanoindustrial Cluster. The paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the research background, purpose and significance of this paper. The second chapter introduces the related theories and literature review, the third chapter analyzes the external environment of industrial cluster development, the 4th chapter analyzes the internal development environment of industrial cluster; Chapter 5th details the selection and implementation of the development strategy of Suzhou Industrial Park Nanoindustrial Cluster, and Chapter 6th discusses the characteristic industries and typical enterprises of Suzhou Industrial Park Nanoindustrial Cluster. Chapter 7th summarizes the research contents of the first six chapters, and puts forward the deficiencies of this study.
