【摘要】：正近年來(lái),新疆伊犁州財(cái)政局大力推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政建設(shè),創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政工作機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政資金監(jiān)管,不斷提升鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政管理水平,初步形成了職能明確、人員到位、陣地落實(shí)、制度完善、監(jiān)管到位、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)高效的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政管理體系。抓定位完善鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政職能印發(fā)《關(guān)于明確縣鄉(xiāng)兩級(jí)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政部門(mén)工作職責(zé)的通知》,賦予縣級(jí)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政管理部門(mén)管理鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政收支、監(jiān)督鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政資金、落實(shí)惠農(nóng)補(bǔ)貼政策等17項(xiàng)職責(zé);賦予財(cái)政所就地就近監(jiān)督管理鄉(xiāng)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Xinjiang Yili State Finance Bureau has vigorously promoted the construction of township finance, innovated the mechanism of township finance work, strengthened the supervision of township financial funds, and continuously improved the level of township financial management. The position is implemented, the system is perfect, the supervision is in place, Operating an efficient township financial management system, focusing on positioning and perfecting the township financial functions and issuing the Circular on clarifying the work responsibilities of the Township and Township Financial departments at the County and Township levels, so as to endow the county and township financial management departments with the management of township financial revenues and expenditures.
