【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展以及“一帶一路”、中巴經(jīng)濟走廊項目的推進,傳統(tǒng)的物流企業(yè)已無法滿足客戶的需求,物流企業(yè)給客戶提供更全面、系統(tǒng)化服務(wù)的物流業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化已成為必然趨勢。在這樣的條件下,我國企業(yè)走向巴基斯坦則成了必然。本文以中外運天津分公司為研究對象,通過研究其在巴基斯坦發(fā)展的外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,分析機遇以及挑戰(zhàn),給出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。在綜述一帶一路發(fā)展以及我國對外運輸企業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,探討一帶一路政策以及中巴經(jīng)濟走廊對中外運天津分公司發(fā)展的影響,并對企業(yè)在巴基斯坦發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境進行分析,綜合企業(yè)的運營情況,最后得出中外運應(yīng)當在企業(yè)綜合能力及運營水平方面進行加強,注重人才培養(yǎng)及企業(yè)文化建設(shè),重視物流信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、提升綜合服務(wù)能力等建議。本文在視角及內(nèi)容方面有所創(chuàng)新,從中外運天津分公司的視角出發(fā),對巴基斯坦的宏觀及行業(yè)環(huán)境進行了分析,對企業(yè)有一定的現(xiàn)實意義;并且豐富了中國企業(yè)在巴基斯坦所處外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的分析,為后續(xù)的研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。當然,由于本人水平所限,分析難免有錯漏不周之處,留待以后進行更深入的研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and the development of "Belt and Road", the traditional logistics enterprises have been unable to meet the needs of customers. The logistics industry transformation of systematic service has become an inevitable trend. Under such conditions, it is inevitable for Chinese enterprises to go to Pakistan. This paper takes Sinotrans Tianjin Branch as the research object, through studying the external strategic environment of its development in Pakistan, analyzes the opportunities and challenges, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. On the basis of summarizing the development of Belt and Road and the development of China's foreign transportation enterprises, this paper discusses the influence of the Belt and Road policy and the China-Pakistan economic corridor on the development of Sinotrans Tianjin Branch. And the macro environment and industry environment of the development of enterprises in Pakistan are analyzed, and the operation situation of the enterprises is synthesized. Finally, it is concluded that Sinotrans should strengthen the comprehensive capability and operation level of the enterprises. Pay attention to personnel training and enterprise culture construction, pay attention to logistics information system construction, improve the comprehensive service capacity and other suggestions. From the perspective of Sinotrans Tianjin Branch, this paper analyzes the macroscopic and industrial environment of Pakistan, which is of practical significance to the enterprises. It enriches the analysis of the external strategic environment of Chinese enterprises in Pakistan and lays the foundation for further research. Of course, due to the limitations of my level, the analysis is inevitably flawed, left for further research.
