【摘要】：地方商業(yè)銀行利用數(shù)字通信技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù),發(fā)展銀行業(yè)務(wù),已經(jīng)成為未來銀行發(fā)展的必然趨勢。因此,研究地方商業(yè)銀行管理系統(tǒng)對規(guī)范銀行業(yè)務(wù)、提升管理和服務(wù)效率有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要是對奉化農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行日常業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析與研究。首先從中國地方商業(yè)銀行的時代背景出發(fā),概述了銀行管理的問題、研究的意義和重要性。其次從日常業(yè)務(wù)管理的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀分析中,提出本文的研究內(nèi)容為開發(fā)一套適合的奉化農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行日常業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。接著從三方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析：業(yè)務(wù)分析、功能分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析。采用UML活動圖進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程分析與優(yōu)化,明確系統(tǒng)流程；采用UML用例圖和包圖進(jìn)行功能用例分析,添加計(jì)算機(jī)操作,細(xì)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,動態(tài)建模；采用UML縮略圖和實(shí)體類圖進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系分析,明確用例關(guān)系,建立信息表和數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)流動透明性。最后給出總結(jié)和展望,以便更好地完善奉化農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行日常業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供六個功能：服務(wù)項(xiàng)目管理、賬戶管理、客戶服務(wù)管理、存取與轉(zhuǎn)賬管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理和系統(tǒng)管理。
[Abstract]:Local commercial banks use digital communication technology, database technology, computer technology and network security technology, the development of banking business, has become the inevitable trend of the future development of banks. Study the local commercial bank management system to standardize the banking business. It is of great practical significance to improve management and service efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the daily business management system of Fenghua Rural Commercial Bank. First of all, it starts from the background of the times of local commercial banks in China. This paper summarizes the problems of bank management, the significance and importance of the research. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of daily business management at home and abroad. The research content of this paper is to develop a suitable daily business management system of Fenghua Rural Commercial Bank. Then it is analyzed in detail from three aspects: business analysis. Function analysis and data analysis. The UML activity diagram is used to analyze and optimize the business process. UML use case diagram and package diagram are used for function case analysis, computer operation is added, business process is refined and dynamic modeling is made. UML thumbnail and entity class diagram are used to analyze the data relation, the use case relationship is defined, the information table and database are established, and the transparency of data flow is realized. Finally, the summary and prospect are given. In order to better improve the Fenghua rural commercial bank daily business management system. This system design provides six functions: service item management, account management, customer service management, access and transfer management. Basic data management and system management.
