【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及國際形勢的變化,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新已成為我國各地工業(yè)企業(yè)生存的條件、發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和提高競爭力的源泉和手段。尤其是現(xiàn)代,企業(yè)的發(fā)展直接受到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的強(qiáng)弱影響。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目既有一般項目的特點(diǎn),又與傳統(tǒng)項目有所區(qū)別,具有不確定性和無特征性等特殊性。企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新包含不同的項目,其中研發(fā)活動中技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目管理的研究能有效地幫助企業(yè)提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力和效率。 本文以L公司為背景,結(jié)合“L公司抗污環(huán)保涂料新品開發(fā)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目”,在對建筑涂料行業(yè)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和項目管理的相關(guān)理論及知識,前期采用系統(tǒng)研究法、文獻(xiàn)資料法等一系列研究方法,以涂料企業(yè)研發(fā)項目管理為實例,詳細(xì)分析了涂料研發(fā)項目特性和種類,然后在整個過程中,結(jié)合L公司抗污環(huán)保涂料新品技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目的具體實施過程,分析闡述了L公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中存在的情況,從成本進(jìn)度、風(fēng)險和質(zhì)量等關(guān)鍵方面對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目提出了具體的控制方案,根據(jù)筆者的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗和項目管理的相關(guān)工具,提出了解決問題的具體方法,給眾多面臨同類問題的企業(yè)提供有針對性的借鑒思路和引用參考。
[Abstract]:With the change of the development of China's economy and the international situation, technological innovation has become China's industrial enterprises around the living conditions, the foundation of the development and improve the source and means of competitiveness. Especially in modern times, the development of enterprises directly affected by the impact of technological innovation. Technological innovation project not only has the general features of the project, and the difference with the traditional project, with uncertainty and no special features. The technological innovation of enterprises with different projects, including technological innovation research and development project management activities can effectively help enterprises to improve technological innovation capability and efficiency.
Based on the background of L company, combined with the "anti pollution L environmental protection coating technology innovation new product development project, based on the architectural coatings industry on the analysis of related theory of technology innovation and project management and knowledge, the system research method, literature method and a series of research methods, to paint R & D project management as an example, a detailed analysis of the characteristics and types of coatings R & D projects, and then in the whole process, the specific implementation process combined with L's anti fouling coating of environmental protection new technology innovation project, analyzes the existing technological innovation process in L company, from the cost schedule, key risk and quality control are proposed the concrete scheme of enterprise technological innovation projects, according to the relevant technical experience and the tools of project management, and puts forward some concrete methods to solve the problems, faced similar problems to many The enterprise provides a reference for reference and reference.
