【摘要】：隨著高校建設的不斷增速,實驗室數(shù)量飛速增長,實驗室建設成為各高校的工作重點。與此同時,實驗室的多樣化與功能化也使高校的教學水平和科研能力有了質(zhì)的提升。然而,落后的實驗室建設管理方法卻暴漏出效率低下、信息閉塞、管理混亂等諸多弊端。而且,實驗室的建設過快,也導致實驗室出現(xiàn)建設質(zhì)量低、功能實現(xiàn)少等問題。因此,高校迫切需要一種方便快捷、高度信息化并且能形成完整的建設與評估流程的管理方法,依托網(wǎng)絡和計算機設計一個能夠管理實驗室建設和評估的綜合管理系統(tǒng)對于高校的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文針對這一需求,結(jié)合高校對于實驗室綜合管理系統(tǒng)的使用現(xiàn)狀,明確了課題任務。通過UML建模方法,使用例圖及用例描述對系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析。采用Java為開發(fā)語言,數(shù)據(jù)庫則選用Microsoft SQL Server 2008,設計并實現(xiàn)了實驗室建設申請、實驗室評估管理、實驗室項目管理、實驗室中期報告管理和中期報告審核等功能模塊。本文首先介紹了課題的研究背景和意義,對國內(nèi)外實驗室綜合管理的現(xiàn)狀進行了深入的分析,指出了實驗室綜合管理發(fā)展當前的問題所在和發(fā)展趨勢,闡述了研發(fā)這一系統(tǒng)的必要性。然后,根據(jù)需求分析的調(diào)研提出了系統(tǒng)的整體設計方案,選擇采用了 B/S架構(gòu)。接著,對系統(tǒng)的模塊進行了劃分,并對數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)進行了詳細設計。然后,詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn),并展示了最終的運行效果。目前,實驗室建設與評估管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)基本實現(xiàn),測試結(jié)果顯示該系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,功能運行結(jié)果正確,能夠滿足客戶的業(yè)務需求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of the construction of universities and the rapid growth of the number of laboratories, the construction of laboratories has become the focus of the work of colleges and universities. The diversification and functionalization of the laboratory has also made the teaching level and scientific research ability of colleges and universities improve qualitatively. However, the backward management methods of laboratory construction are inefficient and information is blocked. The management confusion and so on many malpractices. Moreover, the laboratory construction is too fast, also causes the laboratory to have the low construction quality, the function realization and so on the question. Therefore, the university urgently needs one kind of convenience fast. Highly information and can form a complete construction and evaluation process management methods. It is important for the development of colleges and universities to design a comprehensive management system which can manage the construction and evaluation of laboratories based on network and computer. Combined with the use of the laboratory integrated management system in colleges and universities, the task of the project is defined. The method of UML modeling is adopted. The use case diagram and the use case description are used to analyze the requirements of the system. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is used as the development language in Java and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is used in the database. Design and implementation of laboratory construction application, laboratory evaluation management, laboratory project management, laboratory interim report management and interim report audit and other functional modules. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance. The present situation of laboratory comprehensive management at home and abroad is analyzed deeply, the problems and trends of laboratory integrated management development are pointed out, and the necessity of developing this system is expounded. According to the research of requirement analysis, the overall design scheme of the system is put forward, and the B / S architecture is chosen. Then, the modules of the system are divided, and the database structure is designed in detail. At present, the laboratory construction and evaluation management system has been basically realized. The test results show that the system runs stably and the function operation results are correct. Be able to meet the business needs of customers.
