【摘要】：山東省農(nóng)村信用社是由農(nóng)民個(gè)人集資聯(lián)合而組成的金融組織。本農(nóng)村信用社提供的業(yè)務(wù)辦理手續(xù)簡(jiǎn)單快捷,為廣大社員提供了不少便利,并且有效的組織農(nóng)村資金,支持農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展。為了更好的為客戶(hù)服務(wù),山東省農(nóng)村信用社不斷的進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新,將其業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行分類(lèi)管理。但是,隨著業(yè)務(wù)范圍的擴(kuò)展,其業(yè)務(wù)需求種類(lèi)也越來(lái)越多,人工管理需求項(xiàng)目審核的方式已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足農(nóng)信社的現(xiàn)狀。因此,山東省農(nóng)信社開(kāi)始利用先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),希望可以實(shí)現(xiàn)其業(yè)務(wù)需求的電子化管理,提高整體的管理效率。通過(guò)對(duì)山東省農(nóng)村信用社的省、市、縣各級(jí)業(yè)務(wù)需求項(xiàng)目的分析,結(jié)合目前流行的系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),確定了本系統(tǒng)將以面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷脒M(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并且將Java作為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,此語(yǔ)言具有較強(qiáng)的通用型,有利于系統(tǒng)的后期維護(hù)與修改。主要采用Struts2、Spring以及Hibernate三大框架技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)。將MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式與三種框架技術(shù)巧妙的整合在一起,利用Struts2中的Action管理系統(tǒng)的控制層；Spring中的事務(wù)處理來(lái)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層；Hibernate中的數(shù)據(jù)持久化操作來(lái)控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)持久層。另外,本系統(tǒng)將大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)Oracle10g作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),利用其較高的安全機(jī)制、穩(wěn)定機(jī)制,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)與訪(fǎng)問(wèn)等操作。山東省農(nóng)村信用社業(yè)務(wù)需求管理系統(tǒng)主要?jiǎng)澐至怂捻?xiàng)子功能,分別包括業(yè)務(wù)需求管理功能、項(xiàng)目管理功能、需求管理功能、系統(tǒng)管理功能。并且本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)功能操作將用戶(hù)角色進(jìn)行了劃分,主要包括系統(tǒng)管理員、項(xiàng)目管理員兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)用戶(hù),以及省、市、縣各崗操作的普通用戶(hù)。由各個(gè)用戶(hù)根據(jù)自己的權(quán)限,動(dòng)態(tài)的管理各種需求項(xiàng)目從提報(bào)、分析、審核,一直到通過(guò)納入規(guī)劃的整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,使農(nóng)信社業(yè)務(wù)需求的管理工作分配到崗、責(zé)任到崗,有條不紊的進(jìn)行。山東省農(nóng)村信用社使用了本業(yè)務(wù)需求管理系統(tǒng)后,可以對(duì)農(nóng)信社新增需求、優(yōu)化需求、規(guī)劃外需求、市自建審批需求、市自建備案需求,五大主要需求項(xiàng)目的省、市、縣級(jí)業(yè)務(wù)提報(bào)審核工作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一、高效的管理,能夠加強(qiáng)省、市、縣各崗工作人員的溝通,提高工作效率,使農(nóng)信社給廣大社員提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

The way in which the project of manual management needs to be audited can no longer meet the present situation of rural credit cooperatives. Therefore, Shandong Province's rural credit cooperatives have begun to use advanced network technology in the hope of realizing the electronic management of their business needs. To improve the overall management efficiency. Through the analysis of the business demand items at all levels of Shandong Rural Credit Cooperatives at all levels, combined with the current popular system development technology, it is determined that the system will be designed with the idea of object-oriented. And take Java as the development language, this language has the strong common type, It is beneficial to the later maintenance and modification of the system. It mainly adopts Struts 2Spring and Hibernate to develop the system. It integrates the MVC design pattern with the three framework technologies skillfully. The control layer of Action management system in Struts2 is used to manage the data persistence operation in hibernate in the business logic layer of the system to control the data persistence layer of the system. This system takes the large-scale relational database Oracle10g as the database development platform, utilizes its high security mechanism, the stabilization mechanism, Shandong Rural Credit Cooperatives Business demand Management system is mainly divided into four sub-functions, including business demand management function, project management function, demand management function, etc. The system management function. After the Shandong Rural Credit Cooperative has used the business demand management system, it can increase the demand, optimize the demand, and plan the external demand for the rural credit cooperative. The need for self-construction examination and approval of the city, the need for the self-establishment of the city for the record, the unified and efficient management of the provincial, municipal, and county-level business submissions for the five major demand items can enhance the communication among the provincial, municipal and county staff and improve the work efficiency.
