【摘要】：項目進(jìn)度計劃是工程項目管理的重點內(nèi)容,科學(xué)合理地編制和運(yùn)用項目進(jìn)度計劃是保證工程項目施工組織工作有序開展和整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益目標(biāo)順利實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。鐵路作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),目前正處于大規(guī)模的建設(shè)階段,為了保證鐵路建設(shè)工程施工的質(zhì)量和效率,同時考慮施工過程中眾多因素對施工進(jìn)度的影響,編制更為貼近實際施工情況的施工變速率進(jìn)度計劃,對于鐵路建設(shè)工程項目管理具有非常重要的意義。 鐵路建設(shè)工程作為典型的線性工程,當(dāng)前采用的甘特圖或網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃方法并不能很好地適用于該類工程的進(jìn)度計劃編制并展現(xiàn)出工程的施工特點。本文在分析國內(nèi)外工程進(jìn)度計劃編制研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以適應(yīng)鐵路建設(shè)工程進(jìn)度計劃編制的線性計劃方法為研究對象,依據(jù)影響施工進(jìn)度因素變化的時空特性提出基于時間-空間的影響因素劃分方法,通過與鐵路建設(shè)工程時空網(wǎng)格的結(jié)合構(gòu)成了施工變速率進(jìn)度計劃編制的理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文收集整理實際工程的進(jìn)度數(shù)據(jù),利用多元線性回歸分析方法確定了施工活動的速率與影響因素之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了基于網(wǎng)格的施工速率回歸模型,并通過對施工活動進(jìn)出基本網(wǎng)格單元位置的探討實現(xiàn)了基于LSM的中國鐵路施工變速率進(jìn)度計劃編制模型的構(gòu)建。最后,結(jié)合烏準(zhǔn)鐵路五彩灣至將軍廟段路基工程的實際數(shù)據(jù)對模型的有效性進(jìn)行了驗證。
[Abstract]:Project schedule is an important part of project management. Drawing up and using the project schedule scientifically and reasonably is the key link to ensure the construction organization of the project to be carried out in an orderly manner and the goal of overall economic benefits to be realized smoothly. The railway is the basic industry of the national economy of our country. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of railway construction, the influence of many factors on the construction progress is considered. It is of great significance for railway construction project management to draw up the construction variable rate schedule which is closer to the actual construction situation. As a typical linear project, railway construction project, The current Gantt chart or network planning method can not be used to draw up the progress plan of this kind of project and show the construction characteristics of the project. This paper analyzes the present situation of the domestic and foreign research on the preparation of the progress plan of the project. Taking the linear planning method for railway construction progress planning as the research object, according to the temporal and spatial characteristics of the factors influencing the construction schedule, the method of dividing the factors based on time and space is put forward. Through the combination of time and space grid of railway construction project, the theoretical basis of construction variable rate schedule is formed. This paper collects and arranges the progress data of the actual project, determines the relationship between the speed of the construction activity and the influencing factors by using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, and then constructs the construction rate regression model based on the grid. By discussing the location of the basic grid cells in and out of the construction activities, the establishment of the model of the Chinese railway construction schedule with variable rate based on LSM is realized. Finally, The validity of the model is verified by the actual data of roadbed engineering from Wucai Bay to Jiangmiao section of Wuqi Railway.
