【摘要】：隨著云計(jì)算相關(guān)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,單個(gè)云服務(wù)不能很好的滿足用戶多樣化的需求,因此云服務(wù)組合問題得到廣泛的關(guān)注和研究。在云服務(wù)組合中,以往的大多數(shù)研究沒有考慮負(fù)載均衡等因素,可能導(dǎo)致組合方案在實(shí)際的運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)問題甚至無法執(zhí)行,進(jìn)而影響了云服務(wù)組合的質(zhì)量和效率。首先,本文在閱讀大量關(guān)于Web服務(wù)組合、云服務(wù)組合以及組合算法等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,討論了云環(huán)境中負(fù)載均衡等因素對(duì)云服務(wù)QoS的影響,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前服務(wù)通用的QoS屬性,給出了云服務(wù)QoS模型；同時(shí),考慮云服務(wù)的開發(fā)平臺(tái)對(duì)其QoS屬性值的影響,給出了一種改進(jìn)的云服務(wù)QoS屬性的計(jì)算方法；進(jìn)而給出了考慮全局最優(yōu)的云服務(wù)組合的QoS屬性計(jì)算模型。其次,采用遺傳算法對(duì)本文研究的基于QOS的云服務(wù)組合問題進(jìn)行求解,為改善遺傳算法的缺陷,提出一種增強(qiáng)型的初始種群的生成方法,將統(tǒng)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)上下文庫(kù)選出的若干個(gè)個(gè)體和采用比例的方法生成的個(gè)體組合成一個(gè)較優(yōu)的初始種群；此外,本文在遺傳算法的選擇操作以及交叉操作等方面也進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。最后,編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了改進(jìn)的遺傳算法,并在matlab環(huán)境中進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了本文給出的基于QoS的云服務(wù)組合方法的合理性以及有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cloud computing related technologies, single cloud services can not meet the diverse needs of users, so the cloud service composition problem has been widely concerned and studied. Most of the previous studies did not consider load balancing and other factors, which may lead to the composition scheme in the actual operation problems or even can not be implemented, and then affect the quality and efficiency of cloud service composition. First of all. On the basis of reading a lot of literatures about Web service composition, cloud service composition and composition algorithm, this paper discusses the influence of load balancing in cloud environment on cloud service QoS. Combined with the QoS attribute of current service, the QoS model of cloud service is given. At the same time, considering the influence of cloud service development platform on the value of QoS attribute, an improved computing method of cloud service QoS attribute is presented. Then the QoS attribute calculation model considering the global optimal cloud service composition is given. Secondly, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the cloud service composition problem based on QOS which is studied in this paper. In order to improve the defects of genetic algorithm, an enhanced initial population generation method is proposed. Several individuals selected from the statistical association context database and individuals generated by the proportional method are combined into an optimal initial population. In addition, the selection operation and crossover operation of genetic algorithm are also improved. Finally, the improved genetic algorithm is implemented by programming. Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental data, the rationality and validity of the cloud service composition method based on QoS are verified.
