【摘要】：在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,數(shù)據(jù)可視化在信息挖掘過程中具有極其重要的作用,其中對大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)的處理能力是最基礎(chǔ)的能力。目前,當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)模過大時(shí),web頁面中的可視化工具都不同程度地出現(xiàn)了一定的性能瓶頸,極大地影響了工作效率。但目前的前端可視化優(yōu)化手段還比較局限,例如減小文件體積、使用緩存、減少頁面節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量等傳統(tǒng)的技術(shù)優(yōu)化手段,對技術(shù)優(yōu)化后帶來的信息缺失問題仍沒有明確的解決方案。本文選擇具有典型代表性和普遍意義的可視化展示工具折線圖作為研究對象,提出了在大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)場景下的綜合優(yōu)化方案,達(dá)到了從性能表現(xiàn)和設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)兩個(gè)方面都有了較大提升的效果。方案以D3為繪制基礎(chǔ),采用svg矢量圖作為底層機(jī)制,保留了現(xiàn)代折線圖較強(qiáng)的交互性。借鑒"瓦片地圖",采用分層聚合的方式減小瀏覽器實(shí)際渲染的數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)模,從而減輕瀏覽器的渲染壓力。對由于聚合而損失的部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)特征,在滿足條件的情況下,分別使用特定的顏色、灰度和形狀來進(jìn)行表達(dá),并用連線的寬度來暗示數(shù)據(jù)的縮放級(jí)別,表示該折線對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)量。將優(yōu)化方案應(yīng)用在一個(gè)十萬級(jí)別數(shù)據(jù)源的折線圖實(shí)際優(yōu)化過程中,其繪制結(jié)果證明了無論在性能優(yōu)化還是表達(dá)優(yōu)化方面,本文提出的綜合優(yōu)化方案都起到了有效的作用。
[Abstract]:In big data's era, data visualization plays a very important role in the process of information mining, among which the ability to process large-scale data is the most basic. At present, when the data size is too large, the visualization tools in web pages have some performance bottlenecks in varying degrees, which has a great impact on the efficiency of work. However, the current front-end visualization optimization methods are still relatively limited, such as reducing file size, using cache, reducing the number of page nodes and other traditional technical optimization methods. There is still no clear solution to the lack of information caused by technology optimization. In this paper, a typical representative and universal visual display tool line diagram is selected as the research object, and a comprehensive optimization scheme in large-scale data scenarios is proposed. Achieved from the performance and design expression two aspects have greatly improved the effect. The scheme is based on D3 and the svg vector graph is used as the underlying mechanism, which retains the strong interaction of the modern line graph. Referring to "tile map", the hierarchical aggregation method is adopted to reduce the actual rendering data size of the browser, so as to reduce the rendering pressure of the browser. For some data features lost due to aggregation, the specific color, grayscale and shape are used to express them respectively, and the width of the line is used to indicate the scaling level of the data, which represents the corresponding data amount of the broken line under the condition that the conditions are satisfied. The optimization scheme is applied to the actual optimization process of a 100-thousand-level data source line chart. The results show that the comprehensive optimization scheme proposed in this paper plays an effective role in both performance optimization and expression optimization.
