新績效，企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)充分重視知識集成能力的戰(zhàn)略地位，在企業(yè)管理的過程中，建立知識集成的制度安排，使之進入組織的常規(guī)管理程序．

本研究以知識集成能力為視角，探討了組織結(jié)構(gòu)對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響機理，明晰了知識集成能力

不僅在一定程度上擴展了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新理論，而且為中國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新在組織結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新績效之間的中介作用，

管理的實踐提供重要啟示．

Abstract：Itanalyzestheeffectoforganizationalstructureandknowledgeintegrationcapabilityonenterpriseinnovationperformance，andthenitbuildsuptheconceptualmodeloftherelationshipamongthesethreevariables．Onthebasisoftheoreticalanalysis，itbringsforwardthehypotheses．Throughagreatdealofquestionnairesurvey，anempiricalre-searchiscarriedoutbythestructureequationmodelwithSPSSandAMOSasstatisticaltools．Theresultsprovethator-ganizationalstructureaffectsinnovationperformanceviaknowledgeintegrationcapability，thedecentralizationandde-normalizationoforganizationalstructurehavepositiveeffectsonknowledgeintegrationcapabilitywhilethesocializationcapabilityandcooperationcapabilityhavesignificantlypositiveeffectsoninnovationperformance．
