【摘要】：突發(fā)性事件因其恒常性的突變以及無(wú)法掌控的影響,因而具有很高的新聞價(jià)值,往往成為媒介報(bào)道的重點(diǎn)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),重大突發(fā)性事件的發(fā)生,對(duì)媒體的報(bào)道提出了嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。電視媒體在突發(fā)事件的報(bào)道中,有著較高的媒介公信力,加之其視聽(tīng)兼?zhèn)涞膫鞑シ绞绞沟闷渚哂辛似渌麄鞑ッ浇樗�不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。雖然我國(guó)媒體對(duì)重大突發(fā)事件的報(bào)道在傳播規(guī)模和業(yè)務(wù)方法上基本做到了報(bào)道及時(shí)、客觀,體現(xiàn)出新時(shí)期媒體時(shí)效性和報(bào)道水平的進(jìn)步,但仍然存在一些不足,需要做進(jìn)一步的研究。本文通過(guò)遼寧電視臺(tái)突發(fā)性事件報(bào)道機(jī)制的分析,運(yùn)用案例分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法探究了遼寧電視臺(tái)報(bào)道突發(fā)性事件中存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括危機(jī)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)制不完善、專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)報(bào)道有待提高、與政府部門(mén)溝通不暢等。然后,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外電視媒體報(bào)道突發(fā)事件的經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括建立專(zhuān)門(mén)的公共突發(fā)公共事件管理機(jī)構(gòu)、形成完備的突發(fā)公共事件管理計(jì)劃、建立完善的突發(fā)公共事件的信息管理系統(tǒng)等,提出了培養(yǎng)媒體危機(jī)意識(shí)、構(gòu)建突發(fā)事件反應(yīng)與輿論引導(dǎo)聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制、注重培養(yǎng)新聞從業(yè)人員的新聞素養(yǎng),提高報(bào)道能力和質(zhì)量、加強(qiáng)與政府部門(mén)溝通協(xié)調(diào)等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The sudden event has a high news value because of its constant and non-control effects, and it is often the focus of the media coverage. Since the 21st century, the occurrence of major sudden events has put a severe test on the media's report. In the report of the incident, the TV media has the high medium credibility, and the communication mode of the audio-visual and audio-visual combination makes it have the advantage that the other media can't compare. Although the media's coverage of the major emergencies has been reported in a timely and objective way, it can reflect the progress of the media timeliness and the reporting level of the new period, but there are still some shortcomings and need to be further studied. This paper, through the analysis of the report mechanism of the sudden event of Liaoning TV station, uses the case analysis and the method of the questionnaire to explore the problems existing in the sudden events reported by Liaoning TV station, mainly including the weak consciousness of the crisis, the imperfection of the coping mechanism and the improvement of the professional quality report. Poor communication with government departments, etc. Then, reference is made to the experience of the domestic and foreign television media coverage of the incident, including the establishment of a special public emergency public event management organization, the formation of a complete public event management plan, the establishment of a complete information management system for the public event, and the idea of training the media crisis, To construct the mechanism of emergency response and public opinion guidance, pay attention to the cultivation of the information literacy of the news staff, improve the reporting ability and quality, and strengthen the communication and coordination with the government departments.
