【摘要】:我國資本市場從開始創(chuàng)立出現至今已經走過了21年,證券市場從開業(yè)的第一天起就站在中國經濟改革和發(fā)展的前沿,推動了中國經濟體制和社會資源配置方式的變革,為中國經濟高速健康發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。在國內外經濟環(huán)境極為復雜,各項重大挑戰(zhàn)極為嚴峻的形勢下,在美元貶值和歐洲主權債務危機的沖擊下,國內通脹持續(xù)升溫。與此同時,近年來IPO發(fā)行頻率和融資額也創(chuàng)下了歷史之最。這些內外因素造成A股市場劇烈震蕩,雖然指數先抑后揚,但近兩年成交量較09年大幅萎縮。在如此激烈的競爭中,如何抓住我國資本市場發(fā)展的有力時機,發(fā)展和壯大自己成為亟待解決的問題。為了破解難題,構建公司長遠發(fā)展藍圖,本文以中小企業(yè)恒泰長財證券有限責任公司(簡稱恒泰長財證券)為研究對象,對其在國內的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了較系統(tǒng)地分析與研究,,并制定了相應實施保障措施。 文章首先討論了選題背景及意義,闡述了國內研究現狀、論文的總體思路和結構安排以及研究方法與技術路線,為下面的研究做準備。隨后,對證券市場、證券公司及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關概念進行界定,對證券發(fā)展及公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關理論進行了綜述,論述了中小證券公司實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略可供選擇的基本模式。在此基礎上,對恒泰長財證券公司發(fā)展環(huán)境進行分析,分別從中小證券公司發(fā)展的國內外宏觀環(huán)境、恒泰長財證券司所處省域環(huán)境、證券行業(yè)的發(fā)展現狀以及公司自身的發(fā)展現狀展開分析。本文研究的重點部分,對恒泰長財證券公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了分析與設計。其中,首先對公司發(fā)展的動因及自身優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會及威脅進行了SWOT分析,提出公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,并從績效考核戰(zhàn)略、IT戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略、服務和市場營銷戰(zhàn)略等四方面進行具體的分析與設計,并指出該公司實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應注意的主要問題。本文的最后部分,進行全文的總結并提出未來的研究展望。 本文為中小證券公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析與設計提供了可借鑒的、新的研究成果,具有一定的理論及現實指導意義。
[Abstract]:It has been 21 years since the capital market was established in China, and the securities market has been at the forefront of China's economic reform and development since the first day of opening. It has promoted the reform of China's economic system and social resources allocation, and has made great contributions to the rapid and healthy development of China's economy. Under the situation of extremely complex economic environment and severe challenges at home and abroad. Domestic inflation continues to rise amid the impact of a weaker dollar and a sovereign debt crisis in Europe. In recent years, the frequency of IPO issuance and the amount of financing have also reached the highest level in history. These internal and external factors have caused the A share market to fluctuate sharply, although the index has been restrained first and then increased. However, in the past two years, the volume of turnover has shrunk significantly compared with 2009. In such fierce competition, how to seize the powerful opportunity of the development of China's capital market and how to develop and strengthen itself has become an urgent problem to be solved in order to solve the problem. To construct the long-term development blueprint of the company, this paper takes Hengtai Changcai Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hengtai Changcai Securities) as the research object, and makes a systematic analysis and research on its development strategy in China. And has formulated the corresponding implementation safeguard measure. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the topic, describes the current situation of domestic research, the overall ideas and structure of the paper, as well as research methods and technical routes to prepare for the following research. Then, the securities market. The related concepts of securities companies and development strategies are defined, and the relevant theories of securities development and development strategies of companies are summarized. This paper discusses the basic mode that the small and medium-sized securities companies can choose to implement the development strategy. On this basis, the development environment of Hengtai Changcai Securities Company is analyzed, respectively from the domestic and foreign macro environment of the development of small and medium-sized securities companies. Hengtai Changcai Securities Division in the provincial environment, the development of the securities industry and the current situation of the company's own development analysis. The development strategy of Hengtai Changcai Securities Company is analyzed and designed. Firstly, the SWOT analysis is carried out on the motivation, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the company, and the strategic objectives of the company are put forward. And from the performance appraisal strategy IT strategy, talent strategy, service and marketing strategy of four aspects of the specific analysis and design. The last part of this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the future research prospect. This paper provides a reference and new research result for the development strategy analysis and design of small and medium-sized securities companies, which has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.
