基于風(fēng)環(huán)境的西安市高層建筑區(qū)規(guī)劃布局策略——以曲江新區(qū)為例

【摘要】：西安是我國西部地區(qū)重要的中心城市,近年來城市擴張迅速,霧霾、熱島效應(yīng)等氣候環(huán)境問題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重,其中不合理的高層建筑布局嚴(yán)重影響了城市整體氣候環(huán)境質(zhì)量。在分析西安市風(fēng)環(huán)境和高層建筑現(xiàn)狀布局的基礎(chǔ)上,以曲江新區(qū)為例,通過不同圖像的疊加,分析了風(fēng)環(huán)境和高層建筑區(qū)的建筑高度、建筑密度、綠地率這幾個重要指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,明確了西安市高層建筑區(qū)布局現(xiàn)狀在風(fēng)環(huán)境方面存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提出基于風(fēng)環(huán)境改善的西安市高層建筑區(qū)布局規(guī)劃策略:首先合理規(guī)劃建設(shè)城市通風(fēng)廊道并控制廊道中高層建筑高度;其次營建合理的高層建筑空間布局形態(tài);再次嚴(yán)格控制高層建筑區(qū)的建筑密度;最后要合理管控主城區(qū)內(nèi)綠地和水體周邊高層建筑布局。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is an important central city in the western region of China. In recent years, the climate and environmental problems such as, haze, heat island effect are becoming more and more serious, and the unreasonable layout of high-rise buildings has seriously affected the overall climate and environment quality of the city. Based on the analysis of wind environment and the layout of high-rise buildings in Xi'an, taking Qujiang New area as an example, the building height and density of wind environment and high-rise building area are analyzed through the superposition of different images. Based on the correlation between these important indexes, the problems in wind environment of Xi'an high-rise building area layout are clarified. On this basis, the layout planning strategy of Xi'an high-rise building area based on the improvement of wind environment is further put forward: firstly, reasonable planning and construction of urban ventilation corridor and control of the height of high-rise building in corridor; Secondly, reasonable spatial layout of high-rise buildings should be built. Thirdly, the density of high-rise buildings should be strictly controlled. Finally, the layout of green space and surrounding high-rise buildings should be controlled reasonably.
